今次去咗瑞生酒店4樓嘅The Pearl,一上到去已經覺得好chill~好relax室外區勁多綠植同串燈,仲有陣陣晚風,真係唔少OL同西裝友放工過嚟啤一啤🍺!如果拍拖曖昧中,直行轉右入室內啦,燈光暗到連對面件衫咩顏色都睇唔清,啱晒慢慢放電⚡️ .頭盤先嚟個🥗「無花果x巴馬火腿沙律」🍈蜜瓜甜到懷疑人生,鹹香火腿一夾埋食,味蕾即刻跳起雙人探戈💃🏻!跟住個🐟「Tuna Avocado Foam Tartare」玩嘢到爆,牛油果打成泡泡仲有陣陣羅勒香,口感似食緊雲朵mix魚生,朋友話:「咦?呢個分子料理嚟㗎?」 .主菜🥩「Grilled Hanger Steak」真係要頒個最佳演技獎,切開粉嫩到似少女臉紅,咬落仲有肉汁biu出嚟🤤!最驚喜係嗰客🦐🍝「Japanese Style Linguine with Shrimp」蝦殼煎到脆卜卜,🧈牛油香攻心,,好鍾意呢個意粉有al dente~.Cocktail 名夠晒戲,叫杯「Milk, Tea Or Me?」🍸玩吓曖昧,我杯🍷「Passion Night」mocktail 甜甜地幾易入口~
