To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今餐港台 DJ @singau 提早同小弟吃熱辣辣泰國菜慶祝牛一,大快朵頤。九龍城有「小泰國」之稱,有不少泰國朋友聚居,泰國菜館大大小小琳琅滿目,其中一間就是歷史悠久的「黃珍珍」,真係細細個就聽過呢個名 XD可能店名易記,又易入腦,「黃珍珍」可說是當時泰國菜的代名詞,很多朋友應該對它的名字都也不會陌生。今次再來,室內感覺光鮮亮麗:先來個「泰式豬肉碎生菜包」$118此菜屬泰東北菜系,將免治豬肉、檸檬葉、香茅、九層塔、辣椒、蔥頭、魚露等炒成香肉碎,再加青檸汁,以惹味作主導:再用附上清脆的唐生菜葉包來吃:肉粒不會炒到水汪汪,味覺豐富,醌胃,用新鮮爽脆的生菜以清潔好的手現包現吃,豪氣之餘也甚有滿足感:其實在泰國,此類炒肉碎通常會配飯吃或做沙律,調味在不同地區也不太清一色一樣,這個我覺得好吃就行:「泰汁燒日本魷魚」$118這個要趁熱吃,原條魷魚差不多有我一隻前手臂這樣長!魷魚塗上燒汁和泰式酸辣汁去烤,烤得旁邊微微焦香,仍保留彈牙的神髓,互相分享一條份量剛好:「泰式咖哩蟹配麵包」$438吃泰菜,咖喱炒蟹真是必點之物。用上一斤重斯里蘭卡肉蟹,加入洋蔥、泰國芹菜、咖喱粉、椰奶、雞蛋及辣椒膏等先炒後煮:
