上個星期去左西灣河食串燒,餐廳係西灣河碼頭隔離,望到海景,格調即時高上不少。裝修行日式風格,不過燈光有少許不足,夜晚食會比較暗。野食方面,各類食物我同朋友都本住一試無妨嘅心態,叫左好多唔同種類。先講肉類,個人覺得雞肉係最岀色嘅,雞翼食得岀師傅嘅功架,越係簡嘅食材越難做得令人讚嘆,呢到嘅雞翼外皮好脆,抹上一層薄鹽,咸香十足。而月見紫穌雞棒都幾具特色。蔥花牛肉同京蔥豚肉燒都屬上乘,下次有機會,會再試和牛,相信一定別有一番風味。至於其他食材,有深刻印象嘅係鵪鶉蛋。岀面無食過,外面略焦,入面流心,不過味道比較淡,蛋味之外,可以多少許調味更佳。最後講下野飲,我地叫左枝巨峰燒酒,有少少失望,因為可能係新類型嘅酒,所以飲落無乜燒酒味。總體黎講,質素對得上價錢嘅。
