Introduction
The restaurant is located at wharf, it is quiet. You can see the view of the wharf by the floor to ceiling window. It has both bar-setting and table setting. 位於西灣河碼頭,遠眺對面三家村(油塘),日本風裝潢,闇黑木材串店樣式,落地玻璃外有一道窄陽台,剛好放到高櫈子,最適合悠閒享受酒精及「呼吸」呌氣。細心留意,場地配有活動隔板,理論可以撇出一個小偏聽,自成一格。特式之一墨魚腸,皮脆餡有墨魚粒,煙煙韌韌。酒盗芝士,咸、腥、滑,腌製漬物可能是海參腸,嚼勁較高,配上芝士,極之柔合,未能猜知芝士是哪款。雞肝,8成熟,恰到好處,加上醬汁,帶出肝的苦涩味而不腥。怕生,可要求全熟。豚大腸,高油脂,但火候十足,乾身不油膩。紫蘇雞皮蝦,特別搭配,卜卜脆,味道柔合得不錯,唯蝦身較小,性價比不高。雞尾,油脂度太高,燒製火候不夠高,未夠乾身。2人光顧,點餐如下:1 札幌生啤 $682 赤雞肝:8成熟 $962 墨魚腸$841 酒盜芝士$782 紫蘇雞皮蝦$1762 赤雞尾 $962 赤雞臀$922 雞軟骨$561 牛舌$681 豚大腸$482 山芋$642 青椒仔$561 粟米$562 芝士年糕$581 燒明太子$108加一後,合共HK$1,324。 continue reading

今日同老公去到呢間海旁串燒店,店舖喺西灣河水警總部旁邊,自成一角,入面海景優靜,牆上有掛鉤可以掛外套入到餐廳店員都非常友善,首先來了串燒,底部有熱石為串燒保溫,牛舌肉厚,白鱔就較瘦,但兩隻調味都十分重手,完全食唔出食材本身嘅味道,有點可惜。另外,紫蘇免治雞肉棒配有蛋黃,但味道只屬不過不失之後來了關東煮,本身諗住$148好似有少少貴,但食後就覺得性價比高湯頭鮮甜,每樣材料都十分入味,仲有流心蛋,十分驚喜然後叫咗蟹肉烏冬,可能已經食得飽飽哋,覺得成個烏冬都無乜味,蟹肉係真蟹肉,但應該用雪藏貨,肉質比較鞋,亦無乜鮮味最後甜品試咗梅酒啫喱,味道完全就係Choya梅酒整成啫喱都不錯 continue reading

晚餐 · 2人呢間日式餐廳第一次黎無得walk in,食唔到,所以第二次一早book 定位,但只係淨番6點...餐廳位於碼頭旁邊,所以環境幾清靜,吹住海風,偶而會聽到船經過嘅聲音~餐廳嘅主食以串燒為主,不過一定要試下個關東煮,好清甜嘅湯,材料都好豐富。關東煮 ($148)必試大啡菇 ($34)墨魚腸 ($42)日本豚五花 ($52)流心鵪鶉蛋 ($38)個名聽落特別D,但個味道好一般。芝士年糕 ($58)黑松露枝豆 ($48)比較起黎,我覺得鹽味枝豆好食D。松葉蟹肉鍋燒烏冬 ($128)好清貼嘅湯底,蟹肉嘅份量都好足夠,推薦~總括嚟講,呢間餐廳環境舒服、服務態度良好、食物質素高,係一間值得一去再去嘅餐廳。 continue reading

今日嚟呢度食晏晝,門面的確係好隱蔽,就咁睇你唔會知道呢度有一間日本餐廳,不過真是一個舒適的好地方,店員姐姐哥哥都好有禮貌。我揀咗食烏冬,因為被餐牌上的「雪場蟹烏冬」吸引咗,不過諗諗吓,來到呢度主要食串燒,下次都係食串燒好啲。胡麻蕃茄,好味😋 呢個串燒係朋友仔揀的呢個飯都幾別緻,份量剛剛好。雪場蟹係幾好味嘅,不過呢個價錢~ 如果多少少其他材料會好啲。一人一粒甜品整體來講係OK嘅,亦覺得呢度好舒服,食物質素都係好的。雖然價錢唔算好抵, 但係有禮嘅服務同埋舒服嘅環境令到我會加返分,真係感受到佢哋嘅誠意,下次要來食串燒!希望唔好令我失望呀。加油💪🏼 continue reading

閨蜜想吃好吃的日本串燒,所以事隔三年,我再次來到這間串燒店,和上次5月時分不同,因為昨天天氣還不是太熱,我們真的能夠坐在露台,好好的欣賞一下香港的百萬美景。雖然朋友想試水果酒,但最後我們還是先試了🍶 好可愛的酒壺和酒杯,讓我們還未喝心情已經高漲起來💕這酒並不算甜味最重的,入口的一刻有一丁點的辛口,但之後很易入口三年後的再次到來,多了很多菜式。我們也真的很不客氣的吃了不少。前菜:沙甸魚薄脆🐟、雞泡魚干漬物:螢光魷魚🦑串燒:五花腩🐷、牛舌🐮、紫蘇脆皮蝦🍤、月見免治雞肉棒🥚🐔、手羽、雞軟骨、雞腎🐓、山芋、小青椒🫑燒物:芝士年糕、松葉蟹🦀飯糰🍙甜品:梅酒啫喱閨蜜說能找到一個可以跟你一吃還能一起享受吃的樂趣的吃伴是一件十分幸福的事,萬分同意!所以即使吃到飯局的最後因為太大雨,沒辦法只能搬回室內,但整餐晚飯還是令人十分滿意及滿足。 continue reading
