今日同老公去到呢間海旁串燒店,店舖喺西灣河水警總部旁邊,自成一角,入面海景優靜,牆上有掛鉤可以掛外套入到餐廳店員都非常友善,首先來了串燒,底部有熱石為串燒保溫,牛舌肉厚,白鱔就較瘦,但兩隻調味都十分重手,完全食唔出食材本身嘅味道,有點可惜。另外,紫蘇免治雞肉棒配有蛋黃,但味道只屬不過不失之後來了關東煮,本身諗住$148好似有少少貴,但食後就覺得性價比高湯頭鮮甜,每樣材料都十分入味,仲有流心蛋,十分驚喜然後叫咗蟹肉烏冬,可能已經食得飽飽哋,覺得成個烏冬都無乜味,蟹肉係真蟹肉,但應該用雪藏貨,肉質比較鞋,亦無乜鮮味最後甜品試咗梅酒啫喱,味道完全就係Choya梅酒整成啫喱都不錯

今日嚟呢度食晏晝,門面的確係好隱蔽,就咁睇你唔會知道呢度有一間日本餐廳,不過真是一個舒適的好地方,店員姐姐哥哥都好有禮貌。我揀咗食烏冬,因為被餐牌上的「雪場蟹烏冬」吸引咗,不過諗諗吓,來到呢度主要食串燒,下次都係食串燒好啲。胡麻蕃茄,好味😋 呢個串燒係朋友仔揀的呢個飯都幾別緻,份量剛剛好。雪場蟹係幾好味嘅,不過呢個價錢~ 如果多少少其他材料會好啲。一人一粒甜品整體來講係OK嘅,亦覺得呢度好舒服,食物質素都係好的。雖然價錢唔算好抵, 但係有禮嘅服務同埋舒服嘅環境令到我會加返分,真係感受到佢哋嘅誠意,下次要來食串燒!希望唔好令我失望呀。加油💪🏼

閨蜜想吃好吃的日本串燒,所以事隔三年,我再次來到這間串燒店,和上次5月時分不同,因為昨天天氣還不是太熱,我們真的能夠坐在露台,好好的欣賞一下香港的百萬美景。雖然朋友想試水果酒,但最後我們還是先試了🍶 好可愛的酒壺和酒杯,讓我們還未喝心情已經高漲起來💕這酒並不算甜味最重的,入口的一刻有一丁點的辛口,但之後很易入口三年後的再次到來,多了很多菜式。我們也真的很不客氣的吃了不少。前菜:沙甸魚薄脆🐟、雞泡魚干漬物:螢光魷魚🦑串燒:五花腩🐷、牛舌🐮、紫蘇脆皮蝦🍤、月見免治雞肉棒🥚🐔、手羽、雞軟骨、雞腎🐓、山芋、小青椒🫑燒物:芝士年糕、松葉蟹🦀飯糰🍙甜品:梅酒啫喱閨蜜說能找到一個可以跟你一吃還能一起享受吃的樂趣的吃伴是一件十分幸福的事,萬分同意!所以即使吃到飯局的最後因為太大雨,沒辦法只能搬回室內,但整餐晚飯還是令人十分滿意及滿足。

本人非常欣賞白鱔、流心鵪鶉蛋、雞腎、雞肝也是燒得一流,新鮮香脆香滑。當然牛肉、豚肉、雞軟骨、蔬菜類等這些基本口味一定好食。

可惜無哂廣島蠔,否則一定試。
總括來說,地方精緻有海景,環境清優很有身處日本居酒屋感覺。服務細心,食物亦是好味的。推薦。

佢依度既鍋物都係熱爐上,吹到少少凍既時候真係好想食番鍋熱辣辣既鍋物,而關東煮係充滿日本回憶既食物🙈一食就回憶番哂黎😭坦白講,關東煮基本上都唔會難食,只要熱住就好好食,而佢依鍋既料好多,有蛋,蒟蒻,蘿蔔,豆腐,芋絲,仲有超得意既麻糬豆皮包,一夾起即刻想放入口食咗佢🤤

之前行過西灣河碼頭見到有間日式串燒鋪幾靚,今晚終於得閒黎試吓!入面座位唔多,夠空間大家可以舒服坐低傾偈,原本想坐窗邊可以睇住船埋岸,但係book唔到。而且嚟之前最好訂位,唔係好易摸門釘,因為見好多人Walk-in都話冇位。其實仲叫咗好多其他嘢,但係食咗無影,燒豬大腸同烏冬超好食。可惜今次想食廣島蠔同埋關東煮冇貨,下次去食埋!總括非常開心嘅一晚,好環境傾偈,加上好嘢食!

We were lucky to snatch a seat during our staycation in the HK Eastside right before mid-autumn festival. We ordered a bunch of single skewers, we are the type to have one of everything and then repeat whatever was good, and some umeshu, enough to bring us slightly tipsy (at least me) at the end of the meal.

I enjoyed the crispy pork belly
and the cheesey rice cake
the very best. Be sure to order the minced chicken skewer which came with a raw egg with rich soy which you could use to dip the rest of your skewers for the evening. The service was super and the staff so friendly.

We saw the restaurant turn away at least 5 couples who were looking for an ad hoc affair and felt lucky.


Midway through our meal, the seas roared, the clouds burst with pouring rain. It was spectacular to see the thunderous waves in front of us as we finished our meal in peace.

Then we were drenched running only 3 seconds from the restaurant door into our nice rice on the way back to the hotel.

Great memories and would definitely return.

結論係,  食物真係唔錯. 尤其是串燒, 真係會食到心心眼. 但由於鋪面細, 所以想嚟既最好都係打嚟訂定位安全D. 可以既話記得訂對海嗰2-3張枱. 應該會係假日一個唔錯既放鬆好地方.

朋友搬進新屋好一段日子, 一直未有機會參觀探訪; 今晚終於約齊4人相聚!

呢間日式料理店主打串燒, 有熱石爐保溫, 其實我好懷疑佢既功效, 因為每次串燒上枱, 我地都急不及待拿來放進口!😏 不過, 熱石爐確實增加了料理既可觀性!

我嘗試逐一列出來:
¤ 豚肉露筍卷
¤ 蔥蒜牛肉: 名符其實, 係蔥+蒜+牛肉, 我覺得蔥蒜反而蓋過了牛肉味
¤ 秋葵: 我期待燒完後仲保留到裏面滑"汕汕"既感覺, 但係😂
¤ 京都絹豆腐: 剛燒好, 豆腐面層是脆的, 必試
¤ 墨魚腸: encore 推介!
¤ 帶子雞翼: 整體味道稍淡了, 帶子還是刺身食最滋味!
¤ 紫蘇梅子雞腿肉: 少少既紫蘇味帶出左梅子醬既酸味, 好想研究點樣整呢個汁😋
¤ 月見香葱脆脆蓋飯: 唔好講笑, 雖然無肉但係好好味。拌勻後嗰飯仲係好鹹 (講多次係好味的😋), 我笑說似生炒糯米飯!

食串燒既話哩間埠都幾唔錯,首先就係4個人book左台🈶️房座,環境優美,仲可以望住碼頭船來船往但係唔嘈。重點就緊係串燒啦,叫左好多,最有印象就係芝士年糕、雞肝、白鱔、燒明太子同紫蘇雞腿,醃製的好燒出黎熱辣辣,皮又脆。另外試左個釜飯,睇menu就覺得好普通因為無咩餸架,得啲蔥花、蛋咁,但係出奇地好食,重要叫左兩次!講真食串燒真係唔夠飽。松葉蟹柳鍋燒烏冬都唔錯,湯底好飲,入面粒粒蟹肉,一鍋兩個人食就夠既,三個人都唔夠架啦。
