男朋友今天帶了我來海旁這間日式小店,雖然要行過嚟,但都幾靜。無乜人嘈住拍拖都開心啲。先叫個前菜煙薰鮭魚乾~ 份量都唔少架,同埋唔算好鹹同好硬!覺得幾好食,送酒一流啊。而呢間日式小店主打串燒,所以一定要食。多春魚大條又唔腥! 同埋無痴底,超級好味道雞腎都唔差㗎,口感一流,少少咸男朋友本身都唔食秋葵,但佢試咗啲啲都話呢度燒得好食流心鵪鶉蛋係一定要叫!好正啊個芯整得極度好食其實就唔止叫咁少,但呢幾款都係我極度推介嘅!我都會再去食!

去西灣河碼頭搭船過去觀塘,原來喺個碼頭隔離有間日式餐廳,於是入去食埋個lunch先,入面地方唔係好大,但勝在有靚靚海景,雖然外面比較潮濕,但係坐喺大玻璃入面嘅我就可以一邊食一邊嘆冷氣咁欣賞一下靚靚風景。叫左一set lunch :鰻魚釜飯三食($208),上枱時個presentation幾吸引,連蓋上枱嘅做法可以保持溫度👍,入面有好多肥嘟嘟嘅美味燒鰻魚,侍應介紹可以有三種食法,第一種食法係加啲香草粉一齊食,第二種食法係撈啲芝麻、紫菜、同埋葱花一齊食,而第三種食法就係茶漬飯咁食,三種食法我都試過晒,不過其實我覺得最好食嘅食法真係乜都唔使再加埋落去,因為鰻魚本身有汁已經好夠味道,至緊要係鰻魚夠晒肥美😋。

個人認為佢嘅紫蘇梅子雞腿肉味道都好特別,啲紫蘇梅子配埋啲雞腿肉,食落去口感同味道都係平時其他餐廳係食唔到嘅!

佢嘅冬菇上面搽左一層醬油,所以食落去唔會乾身之外,亦都會覺得佢嘅味道唔會好普通。

之後呢個芝士年糕真係不得不推薦!我平時好少食年糕,因為個人唔太鍾意佢嘅口感。但呢一個用紫菜包住嘅芝士年糕食落去首先溫度啱啱好,而且年糕亦都唔會好硬身,個人真係好值得推薦!

之後我哋仲嗌多左一個月見香蔥脆脆釜飯,睇個名雖然唔知有咩咁特別,但食落去到咗啲醬油落去之後,食落去啲飯真係好有口感,有啲一粒粒脆身嘅嘢,配合埋啲飯好夾!

講到西灣河覓食通常都係會諗起太安樓再唔係過啲就有太古城尤其對於我尼啲九龍人尼講對於西灣河認知太有限之前意外發現原來觀塘碼頭有船可以搭去西灣河碼頭本著週末就係要四圍探索既新地方既精神上個週末就一於試左搭去西灣河順便去碼頭附近覓食尼間高級日料 開正係碼頭隔離我地搭個隻船就停泊係餐廳既隔離淨係可以對住個無敵既海景食飯都抵番曬餐廳仲有個細露台仔 可以直程出去同個海零距離接觸咁用餐對住蔚藍既海 徐徐既海風撲面都咪話唔chill但天氣太凍 我地就冇揀到坐室外啦不過淨係坐係落地窗面都已經好正餐廳行中高價位路線 但一個set都包前菜 味噌湯 茶碗蒸同甜品我同朋友order左一個串燒定食同一個鰻魚釜飯三食兩個set擺盤都超架勢 淨係打卡都值回票價釜飯有三種食法 蘸山椒粉 蘸蔥/芝蔴/紫菜 同整茶漬飯可謂一次過滿足三個願望啊三種食法都各有千秋帶出鰻魚唔同層次既鮮味鰻魚本身燒同調味剛好 整體味道岩岩好串燒定食有肉有菜 食得出食材好新鮮 調味亦係日式清爽路線唔會太喧賓奪主 輕輕帶出食材既鮮味甜品既泡芙既忌廉濃香到好似雪糕靚景配美食 雖然價位偏高但偶爾犒勞下自己都好唔錯!

之前意外發現原來觀塘碼頭有船
可以搭去西灣河碼頭
本著週末就係要四圍探索既新地方既精神
上個週末就一於試左搭去西灣河
順便去碼頭附近覓食
尼間高級日料 開正係碼頭隔離
我地搭個隻船就停泊係餐廳既隔離
淨係可以對住個無敵既海景食飯都抵番曬
餐廳仲有個細露台仔
可以直程出去同個海零距離接觸咁用餐
對住蔚藍既海 徐徐既海風撲面
都咪話唔chill
但天氣太凍 我地就冇揀到坐室外啦
不過淨係坐係落地窗面都已經好正
餐廳行中高價位路線
但一個set都包前菜 味噌湯 茶碗蒸同甜品
我同朋友order左一個串燒定食
同一個鰻魚釜飯三食
兩個set擺盤都超架勢 淨係打卡都值回票價
釜飯有三種食法

三種食法都各有千秋
帶出鰻魚唔同層次既鮮味
鰻魚本身燒同調味剛好 整體味道岩岩好
串燒定食有肉有菜
食得出食材好新鮮 調味亦係日式清爽路線
唔會太喧賓奪主 輕輕帶出食材既鮮味
甜品既泡芙既忌廉濃香到好似雪糕
靚景配美食 雖然價位偏高
但偶爾犒勞下自己都好唔錯!

上個星期去左西灣河食串燒,餐廳係西灣河碼頭隔離,望到海景,格調即時高上不少。裝修行日式風格,不過燈光有少許不足,夜晚食會比較暗。野食方面,各類食物我同朋友都本住一試無妨嘅心態,叫左好多唔同種類。先講肉類,個人覺得雞肉係最岀色嘅,雞翼食得岀師傅嘅功架,越係簡嘅食材越難做得令人讚嘆,呢到嘅雞翼外皮好脆,抹上一層薄鹽,咸香十足。而月見紫穌雞棒都幾具特色。蔥花牛肉同京蔥豚肉燒都屬上乘,下次有機會,會再試和牛,相信一定別有一番風味。至於其他食材,有深刻印象嘅係鵪鶉蛋。岀面無食過,外面略焦,入面流心,不過味道比較淡,蛋味之外,可以多少許調味更佳。最後講下野飲,我地叫左枝巨峰燒酒,有少少失望,因為可能係新類型嘅酒,所以飲落無乜燒酒味。總體黎講,質素對得上價錢嘅。
