記得上一次吃中菜己是三個月前,今晚約了一位好友晚飯,去了一間頗有名氣的酒樓,裝潢華麗有氣派。龍蝦和蟹同一時間做緊推廣,價錢好抵。難以決擇中也得揀選,最後決定白胡椒蟹。嘩啦啦⋯⋯!香氣撲鼻而來!蟹長得極為肥美,豐腴的造型,柔嫩的蟹肉,令人垂涎三尺。蟹梢為寒涼,最啱配搭袪寒佐料如「胡椒」。白胡椒芳香不嗆喉, 辛而不辣,味道層次豐富。咕嚕肉食過無數次,脆皮的都是極少能做到。內裡保持肉汁細嫩,外層脆口,醬汁酸酸甜甜,開胃十足。加上新鮮菠蘿伴碟,滋味無窮。不一定冬天才可吃砂窩之類,春夏季節也合適的。有章魚粒,雞粒,菇類,菜蔬⋯⋯豪華版砂窩飯。粒粒分明,香口惹味,口感豐富。份量不少,足夠四至六人享用。
