過兩天 就是三八婦女節 ，當然要為我家五個專貴的女性 慶祝一下， 到米芝蓮三星的唐閣為大家的味蕾 重新定立標準， 就最好不過。疫情下在家下廚得多 有時 對味道的判斷都會有迷失， 現晚間食肆堂食重開又放寬到4人一枱，好…………開餐。 各樣食物 品種 手工 火路控制 食材配搭 ，冇咩值得挑剔嘅地方 。環境 清幽高尚， 佈置 中西合璧有濃烈的藝術氣息， 令人心花怒放。 在三星光環下員工們亦顯得該有的服務態度， 不溫不火恰到好處，夠貼心。 值得一去再去，香港有如此中菜廳，光榮已。
