To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 上周母親生日,我除了請她去海洋公園遊玩外,晚上更請她品嚐地道北方美食。經過選擇後,終於揀了「東來順」為慶祝母親生日晚飯的餐館。為了這頓晚飯,至少一周前訂位才訂到!這間百年老店,以羊肉涮鍋和東北風味菜著名,而香港的分店更增加淮揚風味菜式。這頓生日晚飯,首先以一個「龍井茶葉蛋」作頭盤開始。以龍井茶葉燻香溏心蛋,切開兩半後灑上炸脆的瑤柱絲,入口香滑,是一道非常開胃的小吃。接著,三道精挑細選的小菜依次奉上。首先奉上的是「醬燒茄子」。用京式磨豉醬拌炒肉末和茄子,沒有一般菜館製作的茄子那麼油膩,卻多了磨豉醬的香味,很適合下飯。接著,是「生炒鱔片」登場。用不同顏色的燈籠椒、中芹作配料,與黃鱔片清炒而成,鱔片炒得相當爽口。最後,北京名菜「手抓羊肉」上桌了。這是一道傳統的北京名菜,帶骨的羊肋排以高湯煮熟,吃時配上特製的香醋,吃到羊肉的滑嫩的鮮味同時,亦除去了羊肉的羶味。這個晚上,我們難得有機會很悠閒地享受這頓晚餐,結帳時我憑「新地會」又可享有85折優惠,雖然結帳時要$420,但食物水準和服務質素,卻是相當上乘和優秀!離開時,才知道這間菜館的主廚,是「大廚出馬2」比賽的總冠軍!希望我們很快可以再有機會光臨

離開時,才知道這間菜館的主廚,是「大廚出馬2」比賽的總冠軍!希望我們很快可以再有機會光臨這店,品嚐這店的得獎菜式「文思豆腐羮」和「醉人蟹后」!
