To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎到灣仔工作想快食lunch 好想食港式茶餐廳朋友就推介我黎試一試旺記既滑蛋叉燒飯上網見到好多人都不約以同推介佢既滑蛋旺記選用日本雞蛋加上日本4.3 牛乳炒至約七成熟的滑蛋以聞名幸好下午茶時段唔洗等位但係旺記都係主打個幾樣 所以唔洗點樣有選擇困難症。自家制叉燒日本滑蛋飯 (HK$54)叉燒不過不失 半肥瘦 但唔係厚切叉燒 所以唔係好有肉味日本蛋同叉燒既份量多到舖滿成碟見唔到飯唔油膩 滑蛋超級香嫩 還有少少奶香 蛋汁豐富搭配自家祕製醬油 醬油鹹甜剛好 加上蔥花好好送飯奶茶正常餐廳水準中規中矩 總結覺得如果要排隊黎朝聖就不了但係對灣仔打工仔要食快既港式茶餐佢既滑蛋係值得一讚如果有機會去開又唔洗點排都有機會再試。食物:7.5/10價錢:6/10環境:6.5/10。旺記冰室
