To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久違的新加坡風味,今晚終於可於新開的Bugis 品嚐。由於不是太肚餓,我倆只點了一份一人套餐、加油酥餅及肉骨茶。一人套餐$88,提供小食、主食及飲品,價格尚算合理。小食不會因一人份量而減少。蝦餅質地有點像魚膠,入口卻聞到蝦味,略嫌不夠彈牙。海鮮叻沙材料豐富,有兩大隻蝦、蛤蚧、魚片頭、半隻蛋及豆卜。湯底表面雖是滿佈紅油,但沒有想像中那麼辣,算是小辣程度,椰香味香濃。沿用新加坡“摻摻”的特色,選用油麵及米粉為麵底。肉骨茶 (一人餐可以$12加配)屬藥材味,而不是黑椒味的類別。隨碟奉上的油條只有兩小件,又沒有散點油條,有點可惜。油酥餅$38有八塊,柔軟又不會油膩,餐牌上建議沾上砂糖,甜甜的,份外滋味。整體而言,食物質素合乎水準,有南洋風味,但又不會收費過高。
