To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再嚟就係大黄奄蟹、太平洋饅頭蟹、琵琶龍蝦。正所謂不時不食,今次咁啱撞正有饅頭蟹提供,可以用期間限定形容,每年只得兩個月有貨,海水味比較重但咸鲜味十足,推介比喜歡食海水味海鲜嘅朋友仔;
琵琶龍蝦長期於海底位置生長,繁殖季節先至會游上淺水位置,唔好只留意外面嘅保護色,覺得佢樣衰衰,蒸熟之後你真係會哇一聲,蝦肉爽甜無比,比得上澳洲龍蝦。

大黄奄蟹蒸熟後,全隻蟹不論蟹蓋蟹爪皆爲普洱茶色,敲一敲蟹殼響亮清脆,非常新鮮,店員解釋由於所以蟹皆為野生捕獲,而非魚池圈養,生長環境不同,因此差别亦大;蟹膏多到流哂出嚟,蒸熟後好似熱溶芝士一樣,畫面非常誇張,食落仿佛有熔岩源源不絕在流動😌😌

食咗咁多海鮮,都係時候食埋個有機蔬菜籃,包括娃娃菜、生菜、粟米,有機菜除咗無落農藥食得安全又健康d外,的而且確係清甜d,呃唔到人。

食哂所有主食,終於食到粥底喇,店員介紹由於粥底完全不加任何味精,連鹽都唔落,只係剛才所有海鮮蒸出嚟嘅精華滴落去底盤下面,再加上芋頭、粟米再滾,所以全部味道都係來自海鮮😌真正全天然。
