今晚行過謝斐道口,遠遠都看到呢間餐廳,門口掛咗幾個大紅燈籠,加上古色古香門面,價錢都算合理,太太又話好耐冇食潮州菜,今晚就喺呢度開飯。食潮州菜一定要食滷水鵝,即刻知道夠唔夠正宗,滷水鵝片$168,鵝片切得薄,鵝味濃郁,豆腐亦都滑身,加上正宗嘅醋汁,夠晒開胃。汕頭煎蠔烙$108,煎炸得好有水準,外面及底部有少少脆口,蠔烙份量算大,蠔仔份量亦多,隨便咬一口都食到一隻蠔,性價比高。梅汁焗豬手$128,雖然大部份豬手連皮一齊焗,用咗梅子汁加生菜吸收到一d油,酸酸地,感覺唔會太肥膩,可以食多幾件。古法炸粿肉$138,食落有少少似炸春卷,餡料有肉有菜混合,幾有咬口。
