屋企唔係潮人,什少接觸潮菜,朋友係潮人,帶我去接觸潮菜。平時只覺得潮菜不外乎滷水鵝之類,原來不限於此潮菜原來會食魚生冰鎮墨魚墨魚用水灼一灼,外面熟中間生再切到好薄用香菜點綴,夾住一齊食原來係好夾架!!蠔仔粥令我想起自己煲到一半以為煲好的廣東粥無心機煲的粥就係煲到好似潮粥咁米粒仲係分明用湯黎煲,湯底好和味~
