To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係PP成日行過呢間餐廳,睇裝修以為好貴,終於有緣同朋友去試下,當然係比一般茶樓貴,但食物水準、創意、餐廳裝修、地點、服務等都值回票價既餐廳幾特別,食中菜但有個bar枱位,亦有酒同茶既fusion飲品朋友介紹兩個菜:花枝響鈴炸両同薑蔥撈麵,呢位朋友不嬲識食,果然無介紹錯!響鈴代替油炸鬼做炸両,好脆口,入面仲釀有花枝,絕對係既創新又好食之作個薑蔥撈麵,比我睇餐牌就一定唔會㨂,因為唔起眼,但係原來係非常之好食,味道好香,炒得又啱啱好,仲要唔貴又飽肚!仲要咗個擔擔湯包同上湯翡翠苗,個湯包太辣,除了辣味還是辣味,我覺得好一般;個翡翠苗幾清,唔錯兩個人4樣食物、一杯特色飲品、一個中茶,$480
