今日係新蒲崗附近做完野收工, 又到晚飯時間, 同同事係附近飯啤啤佢才回家。這間潮州菜館出名的澄海滷水鵝,鵝肉皮連着肉,中間隔着一層薄薄的鵝朥(脂肪),皮柔軟咸香,肉堅韌結實,朥肥甜油潤,咬下去口感豐盈,層次分明,嚼在嘴裏調和起來不至於太干太膩,越嚼越香,實乃下酒佳肴, 一邊食一邊飲簡直人生一大享受。 至於這裏的烏頭也錯,烏頭做法是鹽焗,再冷凍。沒有去魚鱗,所以魚皮能整條順利地剝下來。魚皮剝下來了,露出滿是魚油的魚肉。魚肉凍過之後愈發的緊實,沒有腥氣。肉質嫰滑鮮甜。配埋潮州粥食一流。另一道魚湯煮蜆, 每隻蜆都非常鮮甜, 份量十。足。湯底帶有胡椒微辣味道,唔腥之餘仲好美味。事後先知原來呢間係老字號, 唔怪之可做到潮州菜既精髓, 下次同家人再黎食過。
