新蒲崗除左有好多間點心店之外, 陳儀興都有好多, 佢地分別有打冷, 米線, 火鍋等等食既都係潮州菜, 作為Gaginang (自己人) 當然鍾意食自己既家鄉菜啦平日夜晚差不多9點, 好多鋪都關了, 但陳儀興仍然高朋滿座, 佢地店都係分鋪係附近或者轉個彎一坐下, 就睇MENU 佢地既菜單大多貼滿牆, 有埋圖既話, 其實選擇都不難我地3人行叫左4個餸, 蠔餅(必點!) 啫啫芥蘭, 鵝片 ($125) 及 馬友所有野都好好食, 只係個芥蘭比較咸, 不過佢用鐵板上果下D 鑊氣出晒黎, 正!蠔餅真係無可能不點, 因為佢D蠔仔又大粒, 又多又脹卜卜, 份量都好足又大份, 完全忘記左俾相機食先xdd鵝片相對遜色左少少, 因為份量不算好多, 底都墊滿左滷豆腐, 不過豆腐係幾好食的特別想講下個馬友, 好少呢種食法係食馬友, 平時都係食烏頭, 但啖啖肉, 反而真係好食過烏頭好多埋單$500 好合理!! 之前都食過2-3次, 所以呢間店絕對會ENCORE!

特別想講下個馬友, 好少呢種食法係食馬友, 平時都係食烏頭, 但啖啖肉, 反而真係好食過烏頭好多
埋單$500 好合理!! 之前都食過2-3次, 所以呢間店絕對會ENCORE!

我哋一行十人去了新蒲崗一間陳儀興飯店食打冷。我哋知道呢一間飯店晚市好多人喺門外等,所以我哋一早就打電話去預約8:00pm ,去到飯店時候大概等咗10分鐘就到我哋入去啦。首先啤酒推銷員推介asahi 啤酒,但係我哋飲完一支之後,再order就已經賣晒😭再講返我哋當晚叫嘅餸,我哋叫咗10個餸,每個餸都喜出望外,蠔餅炸得鬆脆,蠔仔粥足料;蠔仔又大粒,燴鵝肝鬆化,鹹菜豬肚湯足料炮製,還有辣酒煮花螺,簡直係辣到上頭頂👍,還有很多很多出名嘅潮州名菜包括鵝片、小炒王、芋泥和豬紅韭菜。這餐飯非常之滿意。題外話:飯店職員風趣幽默時常和我們開玩笑。整個晚飯食得很開心😃

一般我們過來這裏吃是因為他的潮式浸獅吟與賴尿蝦(賴尿蝦比較少一些潮洲菜有做),雖然這裏的賴尿蝦比較細隻冇乜肉食,但味道真的弄得挺不錯👌🏻 上次試過生蟹但真係太鹹了所以今次唔敢食。這裏的滷水鵝腸和潮州鵝肝也不錯吃,雖然我還是比較喜歡好蔡館,他還是比較喜歡大圍大排檔。今天看了看菜單他們有很多田雞的菜式,剛好我是一位非常喜歡田雞的食客,點了椒鹽田雞,這道菜真的有驚喜呀!反而今天的凍烏頭不太有魚油今夜食咗咁多野好想告解 🤦🏻‍♀️

打冷唔怕偏僻,可以去新蒲崗搵陳儀興。呢度都幫襯過幾次,自己幾鐘意呢度食,今日點個幾個餸各有特色。滷水鵝原先係好味㗎,不過碎骨太多而影響咗個口感。螄蚶基本上有得叫就一定點,上枱時今日有一兩隻不太新鮮,食完都無肚痛黃金反沙竽,應該係甜品俾佢地攪作成為餸食小菜,又幾新奇嘅潮州炒麵,麵硬而且削,麵同蛋又撈唔埋,可能我唔太識食,真係原全唔好食。呢碟係咪神還原一個比較窮嘅潮州人乜都可以食落肚嘅感受?真心見議不要點,但若果想挑戰,想感受一下嘅,都可以一試。埋單共368,走時開始多人等位。

等了約五分鐘,一碟精緻芳香的鹵水拼盤已上檯,看下去,相比起其他打冷餐館,這道菜的拼湊已經有煥然一新的感覺,排列有序的紅腸躺在左右兩旁,可愛的蛋蛋前後封著關口大門,肉香撲鼻的豬大腸在內圍繞著中間的主人翁,柔弱可憐的鮮魷魚伏在鹵肉之上,好像為肉寶寶披上護甲,豆腐則四四正正得像磚塊玉,埋藏在肉堆之內最深處,那幾束芫荽是超級的新鮮,像是一個藝術雕塑頭頂上的點綴。

吃幾口,滋味不斷。雞蛋顯然已鎖緊了鹵水汁,紅腸的彈牙也是剛剛好,豆腐外皮硬而內心軟,嘴嚼感像自己去炒飯般刺激。來到戲肉,當然要向伴在碟旁的辣椒油和甜酸汁致意,我夾一片肉,點一下醬汁,放入口,牙齒尖剛刺進肉裡就已經感受到幸福,霎時間那些酸、辣、甜和嫩肉的四種味道融合了在一起,像首交響樂,在舌頭的感觸細胞內激盪。更加別忘記了重點,這首交響樂的悅耳之處正是因為在夜幕深垂、人煙稀疏的靜寂裡奏出來的。

用餐完畢後,我掏出一百一十元,準備為這次的享樂付帳,心想,如果價錢可以再平民一點,就是完美了。同一時間,老闆娘已徑自走來,語氣像吟歌般道:「夜晚來食個拼盤啊?」為我的一宵夜食結出了詩的味道。

整體來講炒出嚟嘅小菜都有鑊氣,絕對有大排檔嘅感覺!食物種類比較多選擇,也有打邊爐!

我比較想食潮州菜所以今日主打潮州菜式!
滷水鵝件: 味道不錯很入味,婆婆都話食到啲肉都夠林!豆腐在底更加入味!

話說一直以來都好鍾意食打冷,而呢一間打冷菜館我亦都聽過好多次佢個名,今次一於就同兩個朋友過嚟試一試佢!見到門口咁典型嘅潮州識擺法就知道一定係一間好懷舊嘅潮州打冷菜館呀!首先諗都唔諗就叫咗一碟螄蚶,係我嘅最愛!因為女人食係最好最補血嘅,呢間葉得真係超級入味亦都落咗好多我最愛嘅蒜頭,我自己一個人都食咗大半碟配埋啤酒真係一絕!潮州春菜呢咪餸唔係到到都有得食,直情覺得有啲童年嘅味道啊又係我嘅最愛鵝肝,其實好多人都會鍾意喺西餐廳食鵝肝,但係我好想話俾你知,其實潮州菜館嘅鵝肝先係最好食!入口係可以即溶㗎最後就梗係唔少得滷水鵝拼盤啦!呢一餐簡直係完美啊,都未食完已經諗緊下次幾時要再嚟啦,叫咗咁多味餸埋單先至三百幾蚊
