雖然天時暑熱,但是經過街邊見到串燒燒得香噴噴,就被牽住個鼻入內。小店內裡的佈置及擺設都甚有居酒屋feel 我同朋友揀左最入面的bar檯坐自成一角,好在早入去,order完就已經坐滿人。menu上的串燒選擇勁多,仲有海膽飯、鰻魚飯同拉麵。。。諗左好耐先決定到。一整板海膽同飯分開上,眼前一亮 海膽少少甘甜,口感柔軟,結合生蛋漿及醬汁撈珍珠米飯食,加上份量足,算幾抵食呀 朋友order的生煮蟹黃拉麵亦十分足料,要將蟹另外放開才方便食,仲好多蟹膏添,佢話隻蟹都幾鮮甜,可惜我敏感,無得食 即叫即燒的扇貝同油甘魚鮫擺上檯時還冒住煙。勁多蒜泥鋪面,扇貝肉質厚身軟熟,燒得好入味,啖啖juicy 燒油甘魚鮫比想像中大件同多肉,擠小片西檸汁更減少油膩感,即使魚皮燒得焦香香脆,魚肉仍保持嫩滑,蘸上燒汁,十分惹味
