Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食開家常便飯有時都想轉下口味食d酒家物品嚐到既小菜及獲氣,上網見呢開容記小菜王既評價都唔錯就趁今日早放早少少黎到慢慢食,唔洗同人迫。淮山杞子燉螺頭湯以原個燉盅盛上,打開後嗅到陣陣香味。燉湯清晰唔會過油膩,而且湯料好足。湯料有原隻雞腳,瘦肉,螺頭,淮山及杞子,味道濃郁香甜飲完十分舒服。避風塘瀨尿蝦肉拆開晒既瀨尿蝦肉最啱我呢d懶人食用。瀨尿蝦肉炸得酥香唔油膩,外層脆口而內裏瀨尿蝦肉又彈牙。瀨尿蝦肉鮮甜而且帶住蝦羔,甘香濃厚。避風塘蒜粒香口,再加上少少辣椒帶點香辣感更惹味。上濃加拿大龍蝦配伊麵底龍蝦分割後爆和再加入上湯再煮香,上湯加上龍蝦後變得鮮甜又香。伊麵吸汁力強既特性𠮨收左龍蝦既蝦香而變得更惹味。龍蝦肉質好爽身又帶有嚼勁唔會霉 。
