其實中菜係我地favourite 但始終要搵間真係用心整既中菜都唔係咁易今日同男朋友去左langham staycation仲有$1300 既dining credit所以揀左我地最鐘意既唐閣食飯之前曾經跟老細去唐閣食過lunch但晚餐都係第一次食~ 超級期待呀我地跟左必叫既蜜汁餞叉燒同埋釀焗鮮蟹蓋仲有脆皮雞, 和牛粒炒飯果然冇令我地失望呀真係好好食首先講下個叉燒先, 雖然佢望落係瘦, 但食落完全唔鞋你會見到冇咩肥膏但係佢肉質係好嫩滑, 可以話入口即溶再黎就係釀蟹殼啦卜開金黃色, 酥脆既炸物佢入面係滿滿既蟹肉, 好鮮甜仲配上白汁同埋洋蔥, 真係無人能及既招牌菜脆皮雞既雞味好濃郁, 就算接近雞胸都唔會好鞋肉和牛粒炒飯都冇諗過有咁多和牛每一啖都會有和牛, 勁香, 而且勁大碗, 真心係抵食既
