To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 要揾一間中菜,令家中Daddy, Mommy(長者) 滿意,一點都不容易。今晚揾呢間,其實以前喺海港城有一間,喺廣州天河都有一間,同都試過,整體味道,令家中長者大致滿意。唯一不同的是,今晚沒有叫片皮鴨,及呢間分享好嘈雜。下次試吓呢間分店的片皮鴨,再同大家分享。我原本想致電訂位,點知唔接受。要5:30前,帶同過半數的人等位,先有位。這方式,在現今市場營銷是落後。但餐廳的份量,很新派,行細份精致路線。小食1) 蒜香白泥肉(小麻辣), 泥肉爽脆,帶酸甜味,幾好既starter. 小食2) 糖醋排骨酸甜度適中,肉骨容易分離,高壓煮過後,骨變得鬆化,但肉質缺左水分。主食宮保雞丁,不是很辣,雞肉新鮮,味道不太碱唔錯。海鮮焗飯芝士白汁淡淡地,長者最啱,唔會食滯。海鮮似是雪蝦仁及雪帶子,鮮味都係有啲既。
