To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7月1假期早上11點零去到,,前面已有一條小小的人龍,,慶幸是2人關係不消一會已被安排入座。叫左2個常餐 + 校長多士。叉燒通粉 - 叉燒勁多肥膏,,見到賣相已經無乜興趣去食。😞通粉唔係有坑紋果啲,,但都幾稔身幾有咬口。火腿炒蛋 + 牛油多士 - 炒蛋好滑好濃好好味,,加左3·6牛奶去炒味道確係零舍不同,,多士烘得岩岩好食落口好脆身而且充斥著牛油的香味,,果然正。👍👍👍校長多士 - 即叫即製,,落單後伙記都會知會一聲需時15分鐘,,上枱時已聞到一陣很香的黑松露味,,多士烘得外脆內軟,,再加上芝士,,放入口中芝士的濃郁黑松露的香多士的脆軟…嘩~呢個組合出奇地合襯。😋😋😋
