今晚經朋友介紹來到旺角砵蘭街的「好燒式」吃晚餐,嚐嚐這裏的串燒和荷葉飯。餐廳不大,但也整潔舒適。餐牌上的選擇非常多,但常常吃豬牛羊豬串燒,有點膩,今晚叫了一些海鮮。這裏的串燒都是即叫即燒,新鮮之餘,也香噴噴的。“日式汁燒魷魚筒”,原條烤魷魚,鹹香味突出,烤得不太乾,仍保持肉汁。加上醬汁入味,帶微辣,特別惹味。“鹽燒白鱔”,燒得魚片香脆,鱔魚肉肉質爽滑,油脂豐富,入口甘香,有驚喜。“鮑魚汁海鮮荷葉飯”,朋友好介紹,是必食之選。賣相不俗,荷葉包上有車厘茄點綴。荷葉既有荷葉的清香,亦滲透著海鮮的鮮味。材料有蜆仔、蝦、雞蛋、素鮑魚,加上鮑魚汁,相當入味。而且份量不少,二人食用,綽綽有餘。這裏的串燒味道不錯,火候控制得宜,能夠保留食物本身的鮮味。
