To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日來到以前工作的灣仔區，一踏出地鐵便感覺到一種歸屬感，畢竟也在這裡工作了幾年😆是晚星期五約了兩位灣仔的朋友一同食晚飯，很感動我們7:30成功walk-in有位坐因為有人取消booking👏🏻1963木十豆寸是同事曾經帶我來食飯的餐廳之一，因被它的懷舊裝修和美食吸引著，所以之後一直都想試試它的晚餐！位於灣仔道樓上的餐廳，如果不是同事帶我來過，我應該會迷路😂懷舊的裝修和裝飾品讓我忍不住停下腳步來影相📸晚餐比起午餐稍貴一點，但是灣仔區來說也算合理。menu有四款set dinner，分別以餐廳名字來定 — 木、十、豆、寸，另外亦可以散叫主食、小菜、湯、飲品等，種類繁多。我們三人行共叫了兩個set dinner (木&十) 和一些小菜分享。以下是美食照片：食物份量十分足夠，上菜時間也很快。最欣賞它的麻醬麵和滷肉飯，甜而不膩。小菜當中肉片炒甜椒較油，很喜歡炒白苦瓜，夏天降火最佳食物！這裡食飯亦不需要於指定時間「交枱」，我們食飯後坐一陣傾計幾好，環境很舒服可以靜靜地坐吓😌埋單有加一服務費，每人大概$205，價錢也OK👌🏻
