自從高鐵開通後去潮洲已經比以前方便多了,今日來到位於灣仔的正潮樓,嚐嚐久遺了的潮洲好味道 鵝片 例牌 $168鵝片份量多,鵝肉味很香濃,肉質偏瘦但不影響口感,鋪底有滷豆腐和花生,很入味老菜甫燉豬肚 例牌 $68湯底以胡椒為主,微微的辣,飲了身體很和暖,豬肚很爽口,老菜甫也是平時比較少見朥粕春菜煲 $118 春菜口感和味道都有點像芥菜,但沒有芥菜的苦澀味,朥粕是炸過的豬肉渣,菜很新鮮,份量又多肉碎蠔仔粥 $70 喜歡吃潮州粥粒粒分明的口感,調味也很清新,不像廣東粥的綿密。蠔仔粒粒都很大隻,新鮮乾淨汕頭煎蠔烙 $118 煎蠔烙也是潮州菜必點,烙餅煎得薄脆,粉漿不會太厚,每口都咬到新鮮蠔仔肉,十分滿足
