To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去蘭桂芳食日本菜,相信不少人都即時想起,近起熱爆的俺の割烹。可是最近試了,不想重複。幸好,原來友人帶我到Tokio Joe,一間紮根蘭桂芳多年的日本菜。位置和門面都使其不太起眼,沒有舖天蓋地的宣傳,只是黙黙地靠實力,儲起一班忠實的擁躉。店內一遍昏暗,一旁是酒櫃和舉飲暢飲的吧枱,其他都是用餐的地方,還有可以欣賞壽司師傅刀功的吧枱。新鮮的大蕃茄加上黑醋和橄㰖油,還有炸得香脆入味的蒜片作調味。有好一段時間沒有吃枝豆了。最喜歡把豆夾放進口,感受那微微的咸味,再擠出枝豆,慢慢咀嚼。帶微溫的雞泡魚乾,很好吃。多吃幾塊覺得有點咸,可以沾點沙律醬,中和一下。Tofu & Sushi Combo Set套餐有冷豆腐和麵豉湯。冷豆腐很滑,豆味甚濃,麵豉湯味道剛好,不會太咸,但內裡的料不多,個人喜歡多海帶的。炸豆腐味道清新,一點都不油膩。大大件豆腐充滿黃豆味。壽司出色得有點驚訝。壽司飯偏細,滿佈醋香,黏黏的擠成一小件,以大大塊魚生蓋著。每一件都非常好吃,魚生入口即融。即使是紅色的吞拿魚,竟然也做到入口會融的效果。看著相片裡厚厚的拖羅,很想再次回味那豐盈的油脂香。海膽大份且鮮甜。辣味帶子也不錯,辣味中吃到帶子

最後點了兩個雪葩,檸檬和菠蘿。菠蘿清甜,檸檬則偏酸,但很清新。

相比散叫,200餘元的午餐都幾抵食,特別是刺身壽司超高的質素。店員殷勤,讓食客賓至如歸。很想再去,在這裡讓我找到築地的感覺。
