To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🇭🇰Hong KongAverage expense pp: HKD$500-600+Address: 蟹仙 Crab Fairy, Causeway Bay呢間有好多朋友推介咗好耐,老闆係做海鮮批發,所有嘅海鮮都非常新鮮,原汁原味,有時候都需要獎勵自己食返餐好!店舖設有魚缸,確保客人食到最新鮮嘅海鮮我哋揀咗專貴海鮮套餐,一共有10款海鮮($499一位)最值得一讚一定係罕有大黃奄蟹,未開始蒸已經見到蟹膏爆棚,蟹隻係以半素食嘅方式養大,所以蟹膏呈現綠色,比坊間食到嘅黃色更加香濃。太平洋饅頭蟹雖然比較細,但係肉質更加鮮甜。澳洲青年龍蝦🦞,係用大隻龍蝦,肉質好鮮甜,仲有好多龍蝦膏,似蛋黃嘅質感,同樣新鮮。其他海鮮都同樣唔錯,分別有越南大虎蝦、大西洋野生青口、台灣九孔鮑魚、紐西蘭刀具蚌、月亮貝、韓國慶南珍珠蠔,最後飲一碗由所有海鮮蒸完嘅粥底,充滿海鮮嘅精華。再食一碗椰汁燉雪燕,非常滿足!
