To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好日都唔去九龍城嘅我聽到朋友要請我食飯,真係幾唔就腳都要去!老實講我出街真係好少食海鮮,因為唔想郁手XDD 但瓜田李下都要食~$298海鮮套餐今次我地試呢個餐都幾豐富,每樣都有D,個底仲有粥!食海鮮一個好簡單嘅方法分辨新唔新鮮:容唔容易拆殼,黐住曬的話一定係死或者冰鮮好耐,咁多款海鮮佢都係好容易拆開,所以我幾乎用筷子都食得曬.店員好細心幫我地放海鮮去蒸,原來蒸都有分次序,由清到濃,所以一開始係食甲殼類多我必須講呢隻蝦真係好鮮甜好彈牙,而且色澤鮮豔分明,食10隻都得!青口夠鮮味,口感非常好,呢類食材一唔新鮮或者清潔得唔好會有陣腥味,但佢完全無,我連醬油都無點,就證明佢幾正澳洲青年龍蝦肉好彈牙,真係有陣龍蝦味,連個頭都有好多肉食,半隻已經足夠嘗鮮大黃奄蟹蟹爆曬膏,真係內心嘩!一聲~店員幫我地控制好時間,所以蟹肉同膏都係最合適的時間進食,蟹肉鮮甜好扎實,聽老闆講原來佢地每日都會新鮮運來自世界各地嘅海鮮來港,每隻蟹都要精挑細選,確保爆膏先會畀客人享用,而且店員都會確保客人用餐前半小時內先劏蟹,咁樣蟹肉就唔會變得好粉,又挑選食材到烹調都咁講究,先會有咁高質嘅海鮮味道~~食四人餐的話會有椰汁燉燕窩

食海鮮一個好簡單嘅方法分辨新唔新鮮:容唔容易拆殼,黐住曬的話一定係死或者冰鮮好耐,

食四人餐的話會有椰汁燉燕窩呢個甜品埋尾,開頭我都以為佢會好甜,事實上完全無!原來甜度都係特別控制過,店主唔想大家浪費唔食,所以整微甜,作為ending好清新,碎燕會有彈彈下嘅口感,好想encore多碗!
