To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大喜屋既口啤一向都好好,今次去”殿”分店,真係越開越高級,聽聞大喜屋walk in好難有位,穩陣d所以一早book左黎探個虛實。店內環境真係幾似啲酒店buffet,好大,以前啲人係哂出面排隊拎野食,飲品,長腳蟹,翡翠螺,某啲刺身同燒和牛。今次嚟呢d堆食物就唔洗再排隊,全部響放題紙入面,點就得啦!e家排隊所得既戰利品就有勁多海膽同埋即刻整的手卷,飲品,甜品and雪榚長腳蟹估唔到又幾新鮮,而且任點唔嬲,又唔會好咸好重海水味,但肉質爽嫩。翡翠螺夠凍,而且起埋殼,唔駛整到隻手”污joe哂”刺身黎講可以話係食過最好食既放題刺身,全部都好肥美,而且新鮮又唔腥,連平時唔係點食既人都忍唔任食多左!推介有拖羅and赤蝦章紅魚薄切拌海葡萄,食落口感真係一流燒牛舌未算出色,但中意佢燒得唔太乾而且唔咸。壽司黎講,細細件又幾好。和牛鵝肝係必食,另外左口魚裙邊一樣入口即融,唔食對唔住自己啊!天婦羅都不錯,炸粉唔厚,個蕃薯仔一定要試,好甜!呂宋芒味雪糕真係好好味,中意奶味重既朋友必試!另外仲有哈根大師任君選擇。服務方面都幾細心,天氣開始轉涼有侍應生主動問你需唔需要披肩, 收碟速度and上菜極快! 點幾多嚟幾多!價錢

長腳蟹估唔到又幾新鮮,而且任點唔嬲,又唔會好咸好重海水味,但肉質爽嫩。
