To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近係YouTube睇完有人介紹食殿嘅放題念念不忘😆好想試,好似真係多好多花款野食,用料高級啲🤭我最早黎都好多人食緊,有啲係一大group!都算大個場,店員劃分咗啲區俾員工易認佢地係食到幾點👍🏼overall黎講,佢都好多野食而且食材新鮮,上菜速度都好快同齊🫶🏻外面自助區,有3樣熱食,鹽水雞、牛雜、蟹粉豆苗💕2個小食:炸雞、炸餃子👍🏼後面有一大行係飲品,超多選擇:茶,椰青水,佛手柑茶,梅酒,青酒,白酒,紅酒,珍珠奶茶,自家冷泡茶!最正係有榴蓮蓉😆可以自己整ikea榴蓮蓉雪糕,加幾多球都得呀!好香好正,啖啖榴蓮肉呀!!仲有一大個甜品櫃,入面嘅野同外面真係有分別呀!高質啲,竟然有burnt cheesecake,布甸燒🤭再係QRcode點嘅勁多野食,刺身好多都厚切好大塊,新鮮,特別係拖羅😆好肥美!帆立貝都係好厚身!而卷物都好創意好正呀,高質!最特別係有鵝肝多士😍好少有!而且都好香,充滿油香!燒蠔都好正,有少少辣,好足香料呀,唔腥!

餓咗咁耐緊係要揀間種類多,性價比高嘅食餐勁🤤✨殿 大喜屋✨位於尖沙咀,喺The one商場對面左右,可以話location係相當方便👍🏻餐廳第一感覺,好大好闊落,左手邊係雪糕部,右手邊有熱盤、凍盤、水果,飲品等,好有規模。一坐底就order一堆刺身先🍣🍣🍣刺身選擇多,有各式各類既魚生、貝類、蝦類等…壽司飯醋味足🍱而且師傅手藝高,壽司握得好實,feel到用心製作每一塊壽司,我地就點左好多類,包括魚、牛壽司,高水準👍🏻而且落完單好快就到,擺盤好靚,魚生質量高,口感鮮嫩,蝦貝類就新鮮度好高,點完再點。另外,餐廳有唔少嘅高質食材提供,包括鮑魚、花膠、海膽、蟹肉同埋鵝肝,放題黎講,有呢d食材就比較少有。鵝肝分兩種,有煎鵝肝同冰凍鵝肝,我鐘意新鮮熱辣出爐配多士嘅,爸爸就鐘意配蘋果片的凍盤。兩種都唔係好膩,各有特色海膽同蟹肉手卷可以攞完再攞,好鮮甜,鮑魚同花膠都好出色。熱盤都有唔少嘅選擇,例如 黑椒牛柳粒、茶蒸碗、炸物、羊架、各類串燒等,數之不盡,每款都要一碟黎試下。飲品方面又係海量選擇,汽水、冷泡茶、啤酒等等,梗有一款啱你雪糕有Movenpick同Häagen-Dazs,任你食!仲有新鮮榴槤果蓉任你添加😂#榴槤控啱晒

第一次食殿大喜屋,之前以為都係大喜屋冇咩分別,原來比平時嘅大喜屋更加高級😀不論裝修、食物質素、擺盤等等都更加高質素!一坐低梗係睇吓有咩刺身,然後食返夠本🌟✌🏻三文魚希靈魚赤貝吞拿魚甜蝦嗰啲基本就一定有啦😳呢度仲有埋長腳蟹腳,食落去有少少鹹鹹地嘅海水味,剪開之後成條肉,食得好方便。我非常推介殿堂級鐵板鵝肝厚多士🌟佢嘅鵝肝真係超厚超大件,相信冇邊間鐵板燒餐廳拍得住,食咗最少五件✨一定係回本之選,佢哋係即叫即煎,外層有少少炸粉夠香脆,內裏鬆軟,食到鵝肝嘅蛋白質香味!佢哋仲有海膽同蟹棒手卷,要自己排隊出去拎😍佢哋嘅手卷得好少飯,咁就唔使食唔落其他。蒲燒鰻魚都正,燒得香脆唔會太多汁,而且大大件!自助區有冷盤、中式熱湯、甜品、雪糕、咖啡,竟然有榴槤蓉任食🥺🥺好滿足!飲品方面,講得出嘅嘢飲都有㗎啦,特別仲有日本嗰啲果汁酒。整體食物嘅質素都高水準,價錢唔貴。
