To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現在的天氣最適合郊遊了,未到3x 度的酷熱天氣,除了大澳,魚子醬一家都非常喜歡南丫島的環境,雖然近年已經慢慢多了外來的島民令氣氛有點轉變,但依然是外國人比較集中的小島,大家有禮也互助。長洲就真的全面遊客化了,沒有太大興趣入內逛逛以前兩口子,最愛在榕樹灣爬爬吃,走上風車又回到榕樹灣,反而索罟灣未去過,這次鐵人家族決定先到索罟灣吃頓海鮮大餐,再走一走幼幼班的家樂徑 天色不錯,行山的人也很多,不過沿途不少休息地方,也有賣飲品小吃的攤檔,上落斜雖多,但丁點算不上辛苦,最重要是景色超美,一個海灣就在眼前魚子媽在這裡給個小Tips 大家,要是到索罟灣的話,可以順道Book檯在天虹海鮮酒家吃午餐,逢30分會在尖沙咀及中環碼頭都有免費船前往,船程約45min,都慳返唔少船費啊~~搭小輪的話成人Mon-Sat $21, SUN $29.8!! 一家幾口好襟計ga啦~~~不過事後又發覺,無論上船落船都無特別對Booking~會唔會有人偷雞痴船搭呢? 由豪宅到小漁村,很快就到了~~走到路口會有呀姨問有無訂位,有ge就左邊,無ge就右邊,看來真係無訂位都可以痴船搭 比起其他離島ge海鮮酒家,呢度老實得多,每

比起其他離島ge海鮮酒家,呢度老實得多,每樣海鮮都明碼實價,有d斷斤計,有d係講明呢樣點整,例牌幾多錢,而且唔會逼你要得多,好似我地2大1小,扇貝、飽魚都只係要2隻,無問題,加半斤中蝦又ok~最後整多個蟹粥、椒鹽鮮魷同炒西蘭花就非常大滿足

見到職員在遊客檯面先會放花生前菜,不過檯面都有牌寫明唔食可以講聲,香港人就無見過有花生放檯面,可能d呀姐都預左香港人一定唔會要;海鮮點好後,分批上菜,因為叫了個蟹粥,一直都無飯落肚,海鮮又逐樣上,雖然超美味,但都有點膩,下次會點白飯,唔再叫蟹粥; 先來一個蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,每次食海鮮都必點!!! 粒帶子大到厚到好似要用刀叉享用咁~~比起平時係街市買返屋企蒸ge大好多

豉油皇海中蝦,雖然半斤只有7隻左右,不過因為經過油泡,連殼都食得,而且反轉蝦肚同蝦頭內盡是膏,超正! 好多時吃白灼蝦比較多,估唔到轉個方法整,同樣ge蝦可以變化這樣多;這些油泡菜式平時在家不會做,在這裡吃到鑊氣,推介一試

鮑魚有大連鮑同南非鮑選,反正久未有機會這樣吃海鮮大餐,就要了$60隻的南非鮑,以果皮蒸,不過成品要花點嚼勁,沒預期中軟腍,果皮味一般;椒鹽鮮魷是後加的,其實已經夠飽,不過見附近幾檯都有食,心大心細最後都忍唔住,果然皮夠黃金薄脆又彈牙,新鮮貨色認真不錯,最後飽到食唔曬,但真心覺得好味

記得自已小時候好愛鮑魚殼的幻彩顏色,所以這次都用茶將殼洗淨,送給魚子醬當玩具,他竟然想到是冬天用的耳罩,話聽到特別聲,果然每個小朋友都係鍾意聽背殼聲架!! 玩具真係唔洗買得多,隨手拿起都能玩吃了四碟海鮮,口寡寡,終於有炒菜食,起勢夾夾夾~! 見廚房一次過出青菜,好明顯是大鑊炒,但卻每件西蘭花都完美的爽脆,無烚到過淋又無草青味,好味過自已整好多,估佢唔到

吃罷炒菜,蟹粥才施施然上檯,都已經是落單後近個半鐘的事了,沒有預期中橙黃的顏色,但蟹本來都有不少膏,而且肉質非常非常滑嫩,連平時最怕係街食蟹ge魚子媽都不顧儀態動手吃,例牌$180的價錢,合理,不過要等到最後先出,買料連加工埋單HKD $890,合理的價錢,只是人太多,上菜等得比較耐
