To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年嘅生日飯揀左去舊年喺openrice bookmark左但一直冇去試嘅蟹仙,訂位時都唔知銅鑼灣店係新開嘅,嚟到經店員介紹先知呢間係第三間分店😝經店員介紹後得知店主本身係海鮮供應商,所以海鮮質素都有保證。我地揀左$439/客套餐,一開始食嘅鮑魚、珍珠蠔都係鮮味十足,到食野生青口時就清楚知道平時食嘅雪藏青口同新鮮野生青口嘅分別,係真係好有海水味。龍蝦、馬刀貝同第一次食嘅月亮貝都只可以用鮮甜嚟形容。最後嘅海鮮就係大黃奄仔蟹喇!今次仲要遇到重皮蟹添✌🏻✌🏻d蟹膏甘香、蟹肉鮮甜令我印象深刻,真係好好味👍🏻👍🏻
