今日喺港島行完山搵到呢間叫做埠嘅日式居酒屋地點位於西灣河碼頭就咁睇門面裝修已經非常之日式景觀更加冇得彈成個海景一覽無遺Menu設計得好靚佢以肉嘅種類分類食物就主打串燒一開始叫咗個海帶昆布清湯暖下個胃先昆布味好濃,湯底清甜之後我哋一共叫咗9串串燒,包括有車厘茄,大蘑菇,豚肉蘆筍卷,豚大腸,牛舌,大蔥雞脾肉,赤雞心,赤雞皮同埋赤雞腎上菜嘅時候職員會上埋個石爐係用黎將已經燒好咗嘅串燒做保溫佢燒好之後就會擺上個石爐度就唔怕掛住傾計搞到啲嘢食凍晒另外個店員仲會不時主動走過來問我地啲串燒調味啱唔啱非常之貼心另外叫左個甲羅燒配松葉蟹肉飯團首先要將甲羅燒同雞蛋撈埋一齊之後配上飯團一齊食蟹膏味道非常濃郁亦食得到放係飯團入面松葉蟹肉嘅鮮甜最後叫咗個松葉蟹肉鍋燒烏冬松葉蟹肉非常之鮮甜,配合埋個䁔粒粒嘅湯底同彈牙嘅烏冬好好食
