To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間以星加坡美食為主題的店,最近在荷里活開了分店。他的主打是海南雞飯和喇沙。我不喜歡吃辣,但是有我最喜歡的海南雞飯。海南雞飯同春卷的味道都可以,但不能說是激好味。感覺就像在茶餐廳食海南雞飯一樣。即是說,是香港式的海南雞飯,而不是星加坡感覺的海南雞飯。價錢比茶餐廳貴一點點,尚可接受吧。肉骨茶味道不夠濃郁,與星加坡或馬來西亞的肉骨茶不能相比。唯獨是餐牌有些誤導,以為是跟餐加$6一杯的飲品,原來要加$18。加$18一杯飲品?根本不是優惠。
