To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都會嚟呢間度食海南雞飯,但今晚入到黎就想試吓新野,就叫左呢個「福建蝦湯伊面」。睇個名,就好正常以為係用蝦湯作底既伊面(至少我係咁諗),見佢仲有個手指公表示推薦,就毫不猶豫咁叫咗呢一款,轉左個烏冬底。誰不知。。。一黎到!個湯係清呀!我以為我自己get錯啲咩啦,再睇一睇個餐牌,寫住「福建蝦湯伊面」,唔通係我get錯,應該係「福建蝦/湯伊面」咁樣埋解先啱,但我再睇一睇個英文「Fujian Noodles in Shrimp Soup」,顧名思義即係蝦湯咁解啦,諗左陣,決定叫個經理過嚟問清楚。我就問佢:「呢個面本身都係清湯嚟㗎?」佢就答我:「係呀。」我問:「咁點解您個餐牌又寫住係蝦湯伊面呢?」個經理答我:「唔係咁睇㗎,係福建蝦,加湯伊面啊!」d個答案我接受呀,因為我都有咁諗到。我再問:「咁我英文又寫住係呀shrimp soup?」佢竟然答我:「唔係呀,係福建蝦黎炸,我地無蝦湯架,唔係咁睇架!無架無架!」竟然佢都講到咁,我又面皮薄,我真係唔想再討論落去。食食下個面,諗住咬一咬舊「豬軟骨」,點知!根本就係一條豬肋骨黎既!明明個餐牌寫住係「豬軟骨」,真係我文盲但係唔識分「豬軟骨」呢?呢樣野我都冇

食食下個面,諗住咬一咬舊「豬軟骨」,點知!根本就係一條豬肋骨黎既!明明個餐牌寫住係「豬軟骨」,真係我文盲但係唔識分「豬軟骨」呢?呢樣野我都冇再鼓起勇氣去舉手問個經理啦。

其實既然個經理又解釋唔到,就不如改一改個餐牌啦,唔好再誤導消費者啦。
