一年容易又聖誕,又係時候食返個聖誕大餐。女朋友唔想我搲爆頭就提議再食返呢度,一黎避開正日太貴,順便用返上年嗰張COUPON慳返啲,禮物都唔使送留返其他錢黎下年去旅行。哈哈咁抵得諗當然要順從佢意思啦。咁啱撞正今日星期三,有個SPECIAL MENU所以都唔多諗㨂咗佢再點一個SET DINNER。生蠔:LAMBERT/ KRYSTAL/ ANCELIN SPECIAL生蠔新鮮即開,味道由淡至濃左至右非常易入口。尤其鐘意中間嘅KRYSTAL,肉身飽滿得黎裙邊脆口,奶油及金屬味均衡十分唔錯。自家製香草茄子醬/辣肉腸南瓜醬。兩款配麵包都好開胃,再配埋HOME-MADE麵包,麥香同醬香十分配搭。紅蝦刺身片。口感好得意似食緊蒟蒻/啫喱咁,因為將蝦肉打得細碎扁平所以改變咗原先爽滑口感,再伴上酸甜醬汁,清新又開胃。有餚又點可以無酒。所以兩杯CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL分別係FERRARI及BIKINI。兩杯都酸甜易入口而且果香味十足。同跟住落黎嘅菜式味道好夾。焗阿拉斯加蟹腳。本身蟹腳夠大隻所以食落都多肉。可惜係燒完水分走咗有啲縮水。但味道因而濃縮有利有弊咁啦。龍蝦濃湯。如果一開始先飲會覺得有啲偏

龍蝦濃湯。如果一開始先飲會覺得有啲偏咸,所以店員都建議我地先飲蕃湯,再慢慢品嚐。龍蝦湯好濃郁,其中奶油比例拿捏得好好,突出龍蝦湯嘅味道又唔會搶晒。唔錯。
