法式可麗餅又名Crêpe,係一種來自法國嘅傳統煎餅,可以有甜有鹹,而鹹嘅呢通常會被稱為Galette。Crêpe餅皮薄身濕潤帶蛋香,加埋唔同嘅餡料令人難以抗拒。其麵皮需要用專門的「可麗餅烤盤」煎製而成主要分為兩種口味,即甜味和鹹味。甜可麗餅使用的是小麥粉和蕎麥粉而鹹可麗餅則使用純蕎麥或黑麥粉。法式蘋果可麗餅配香草味雪糕$109今次食係蘋果可麗餅,感覺好似蘋果批,只係餅皮入面有好多蘋果粒,而在餅皮上面就灑上朱古力脆脆,別具特色,同埋好大塊,兩個人食都可以。法式芒果蘇打配熱情果芒果雪葩$65我係好鐘意梳打,天氣咁熱我一定推介呢杯,佢芒果配熱情果加入梳打水已經好好飲,佢重有芒果雪葩,正到暈,真係好飲。
