今日同朋友去回味下澳洲時食可麗餅的味道。原來這間店是來自加拿大。無論鹹味或是甜味的可麗餅,都有超過十多款比你選擇,還要是現場即叫即做。餐廳除了叫可麗餅,飲品亦非常多選擇,有沙冰、奶昔、COFFEE 等。蘋果金寶配奶油醬可麗餅 (甜味)我平時好憎食蘋果批,但呢間做的金寶蘋果可麗餅,餡料非常多,入面的烤蘋果粒粒一D都唔酸,而且仲好爽口。奶油醬再加上香脆的金寶淋在可麗餅上,眼觀已經超似一件藝術作品,還加上一球雲尼那雪糕,真係如名畫一樣。食落層次十足,熱中帶凍,雲尼那雪糕有加濕加味的作用、令可麗餅的味道更出。食完超滿足。風乾火腿布里芝士配羅勒醬鮮茄及蛋 (鹹味)感覺係將平時的意大利粉,變成可麗餅咁食。風乾火腿就好薄身、好香豬味。似食緊parma ham。芝士味好香濃令風乾火腿更提鮮。可麗餅餅皮薄身,口感煙韌。黃金冰冰落飲落去有一陣薑味,飲完之後成身凍晒,果然好夠冰。意式雪糕加特濃咖啡飲落去好香嘅咖啡味比較偏苦,唔會太甜最啱男士叫。上面舊雪糕好好食,唔會咁快溶,將杯咖啡加上一點點甜味中和咖啡嘅苦。可麗餅 continue reading

香港少專食法式crepe嘅餐廳,每次經過K11都好想試呢間鹹甜crepe都有,而且款式口味多有lunch set,唔食crepe可以叫意粉、baguette、牛角包三文治我哋兩個人叫咗兩款鹹+一款甜+兩杯咖啡☕️▶️ St. Jacques 秘製瑞士芝士汁配黑松露帶子可麗餅 ($125)估唔到入面咁多帶子粒🤯完全唔吝嗇雖然係雪藏,但口感幾彈牙秘製瑞士芝士汁好creamy,白汁蘑菇湯味,唔會太cheesy入面的確有蘑菇🍄面頭仲有黑松露醬成件事好夾味▶️ West coast 煙三文魚配奶油芝士丶紅蔥頭及菠菜可麗餅 ($119)呢款都好好食!又係超足料,每啖都爆多煙三文魚煙三文魚半熟,帶鹹香另外可以加檸檬汁🍋增添酸味冇醬汁但有一層原實嘅cream cheese,芝士味道濃郁而且帶有香草(dill)味同煙三文魚係絕配😋唔會感覺好heavy紫洋蔥香口,仲有唔少菠菜🥬Crepe皮本身好食🫓有煙韌度同彈性,唔係啲又乾又薄嘅餅皮加上摺疊咗兩次,變成四層,食落特別有質感,比想像中飽肚▶️ Tiramisu crepe 提拉米蘇可麗餅 ($118)特別款式,好創新嘅配搭✨真係有四條ladyfinger起入面,係一個包住薄餅皮嘅Tiramisuladyfinger事先浸咗咖啡酒,變得軟熟似海綿蛋糕🤎Crepe皮上面灑上大量可可粉,增添苦味🍫再放上一球雲呢拿雪糕同一粒雲呢拿macaron雲呢拿雪糕慢慢溶落crepe到,一凍一暖冰火交融好正🤤不過macaron有啲太甜,自己唔鍾意成個combo好有驚喜,如果咖啡苦澀味重啲會更好食推介大家試呢款甜crepe,層次豐富!▶️ Americano 美式咖啡 ($32)8oz正常size中規中矩嘅一杯咖啡但配送crepe食零舍有feel▶️ Flat White ($48)12oz (+$4) Add single shot (+$6)個心心拉花好迷你可愛😂-Crepe比想像中大份多餡,而且質感好食👍🏻食完一個會令你crave另一個以上三款嘅調味同配搭都一流❣️環境冇一般Cafe坐得舒服,座位唔算多,lunch time多客人,但氣氛OK服務都可以,QR code落完單後好快上晒飲品同鹹甜crepe (如果大家想食鹹先,記得一早同侍應講hold住甜crepe🙈)Crepe全部新鮮整,仲係暖笠笠冒煙價錢偏貴,加一後~$250/人,不過我覺得值,真係好味而且用足靚料🥰已經對佢嘅crepe念念不忘~ continue reading

QR code自助落單,店員之後會將食物送上,佢哋幾好笑容,有禮貌. 可麗餅我哋叫一個鹹點叫一個甜點開心share, Perfect!即叫即整夠新鮮,餅皮軟熟蛋香味十足. 高質. ⭐️法式梳打水Pina Colada充滿揶香味同菠蘿嘅鮮甜味,梳打水解渴透心涼.
