今日同朋友去回味下澳洲時食可麗餅的味道。原來這間店是來自加拿大。無論鹹味或是甜味的可麗餅,都有超過十多款比你選擇,還要是現場即叫即做。餐廳除了叫可麗餅,飲品亦非常多選擇,有沙冰、奶昔、COFFEE 等。蘋果金寶配奶油醬可麗餅 (甜味)我平時好憎食蘋果批,但呢間做的金寶蘋果可麗餅,餡料非常多,入面的烤蘋果粒粒一D都唔酸,而且仲好爽口。奶油醬再加上香脆的金寶淋在可麗餅上,眼觀已經超似一件藝術作品,還加上一球雲尼那雪糕,真係如名畫一樣。食落層次十足,熱中帶凍,雲尼那雪糕有加濕加味的作用、令可麗餅的味道更出。食完超滿足。風乾火腿布里芝士配羅勒醬鮮茄及蛋 (鹹味)感覺係將平時的意大利粉,變成可麗餅咁食。風乾火腿就好薄身、好香豬味。似食緊parma ham。芝士味好香濃令風乾火腿更提鮮。可麗餅餅皮薄身,口感煙韌。黃金冰冰落飲落去有一陣薑味,飲完之後成身凍晒,果然好夠冰。意式雪糕加特濃咖啡飲落去好香嘅咖啡味比較偏苦,唔會太甜最啱男士叫。上面舊雪糕好好食,唔會咁快溶,將杯咖啡加上一點點甜味中和咖啡嘅苦。可麗餅

除咗K11分店,仲有中環總店開業多年,近年都喺康城開咗Pop up店. 想試正宗法式薄餅嘅朋友唔好錯過啦.

今次黎到尖沙咀行街,食左呢間來自溫可華既法式可麗餅專門店,餐廳提供多種口味的可麗餅,口味有創新特別,鹹甜都有,而且全部都係即叫即整,保持食物水準同埋飲品都好多選擇🤩提拉米蘇可麗餅 ($118)呢款係甜味既可麗餅,見到好多人都揀,我又試下,餅皮上有檸檬味既馬卡龍同雲呢拿雪糕,再加上可可粉,餡料係冧酒咖啡手指餅,酒香味好重又唔會太甜😋油封鴨配格魯耶爾芝士可麗餅 ($118)呢個係可麗餅係鹹點,餅底煙韌軟熟,蛋味香濃,裡面包住超多鴨肉,估唔到同可麗餅咁夾,真係意外地好食,每一啖都有好飽滿鴨香味又唔會覺得膩口,值得一試👍🏻綠茶鮮奶咖啡(熱)($48)茶味濃厚,鮮奶順滑,拉花都好靚,係必選既熱飲🍵榛子醬奶昔(16oz)(凍)($72)呢杯奶昔size都好大,雖然佢都幾濃,但係唔會太甜🍹除左可麗餅,餐廳仲有其他意粉主食,我當日係平日午飯時間黎到都坐滿人,見到仲有提供下午茶優惠套裝,下次過黎試埋佢😆
