Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 一段時間沒有來過，終於有機會再來一次試試這裏的自助午餐雖然只是平日，凍盤海鮮的選擇也算多當日有兩種凍蟹，另外有蝦，東風螺，青口和蟹鉗海鮮配以多款特製醬料，包括有瑪麗玫瑰醬，海鮮醬，韓式辣醬，芥末蛋黃醬及泰式辣汁， 可帶出海鮮嘅美味刺身有七款供應，有三文魚，油甘魚，赤貝，馬刀貝，象拔蚌，墨魚及八爪魚， 以自助午餐來說，算是很多選擇刺身水準幾好，當中最讚的是油甘魚及赤貝亦有即做壽司及手捲當日燒牛肉嘅質素一般這邊有片皮鴨，紅燒乳鴿，叉燒及海南雞，片皮鴨是即場包製，很受歡迎，味道也很好熱葷有蒜蓉蒸蝦，蝦肉爽口彈牙，仲有JW最出名嘅燴花膠， 還有燴鵝掌，炒蝦仁帶子， 蒸龍躉等， 水準也很好，都很受歡迎這裏是沙律區，下邊有三款芝士，分別是艾頓芝士，車打芝士和布利芝士麵檔區旁邊有些蔬菜，可以自選煙三文魚有兩種，一種是黑椒煙三文魚，另一種是刁草煙三文魚， 黑椒煙三文魚的煙燻味較好甜品區有很多選擇，以自助午餐來說，真是很不錯，包括有Japanese cheese cake, Chocolate mousse cake, Chestnut mousse, Cheese cake, Black forest
