跟朋友交收想找地方落腳, 最旺的希鎮跟sogo一帶都擠迫得令人發狂; 忽然記起在利園後面的Firebird, 好味道仍記憶猶新, 二話不說拖著朋友直奔餐牌應該已經 update 了不知多少次了, 不過有些好味道菜式, 仍然有得留低未嚐過的A4燒和牛, 望著餐牌已經口水流熱辣辣先來兩杯解熱, 我的 Mix Fruit Tea,  juicy生果非常解渴朋友的 Lychee Frozen, 荔枝味濃, 朋友說喝到最後仍有濃濃的荔枝香之前試過的沙律一直記著那個好味道, 今晚當然要 encore, 今晚的是三代目軟殼蟹沙律; 尤其軟芝士好喜歡朋友揀的慢煮日本雞肉伴牛油果, 雞肉鮮嫩,  吃起來像新鮮雞肉, 令我們爭議究竟是冰鮮還是鮮雞 店員會為客人分開兩份, 不用自己動手牛油果質素也不錯, 牛油果控表示滿意蟹痴的我特別點了蟹味噌甲羅燒, 配以紫菜包著一小顆日本壽司飯的吃法, 燒熱的蟹膏非常非常香, 一口咬下來滿口都是濃郁的蟹膏, 好開心! 而且蟹膏的份量其實額多, 三顆壽司飯其實有點不夠最期待的日本產霜降A4和牛燒,  這份是 100G的宮崎牛肉眼, 肉汁多而味道濃, 裡面軟綿軟綿的, 原來說

有點不夠喉, 再加多一份雞肉串燒盛合, 雞肉配上日本雞蛋黃的獨特蛋香, 一定要趁熱吃才是最好味
