朋友生日,早幾日就訂咗銅鑼灣Firebird呢間日式Grill & Bar同佢慶祝,真係有驚喜!餐廳門口已經好有日本居酒屋feel,一入去仲係open kitchen設計,坐低望住師傅現場燒嘢食,成間鋪有啲小酒館既熱鬧感覺,加上好多後生仔女,成個氣氛都好輕鬆自在。揀佐張枱貼近廚房睇到師傅點樣準備食物,感覺即刻親切咗。。牛油果伴金䱽魚 $88 ,呢個真係清新夾雜咸香,魚生同牛油果一齊食,無得輸。火山熔岩鮭魚卷 $98,好有賣相,炸卷咬落去又香又脆,上面仲有拉絲既炸絲同醬汁,口感層次幾有驚喜。。串燒方面,免治雞肉棒 $38 ,真心推介,拎埋蛋黃沾一沾,滑滑蛋香加上嫩雞肉,好香口。
