香港人諗起食,大部分都會諗起日本野,我都唔例外,今日放工又想食日本野,最好有得食又有得飲酒既日式居酒屋,好彩我有同事介紹一間位於銅鑼灣,叫火鳥既居酒屋,咁當然要試下啦。去到時,遠遠便被其富有日式風格的招牌吸引到,內裡裝潢都係偏日式居酒屋,唔錯。我地叫左日本產霜降A4和牛壽喜燒,追加雞蛋和烏冬、Firebird雞肉串燒盛合、金槍魚三色刺身244G、二人前晚市套餐,包括日本產海膽刺身、北海道珍寶帆立貝刺身、whisky highball、日式梅酒。首先個海膽刺身,同埋帆立貝刺身先上枱,雖然份量無好大,但本身都意料中,所以冇落差,味道鮮甜,食得出好新鮮。最吸引真係莫過於金槍魚刺身,每磅只係1.5蚊,超抵,佢仲會係你面前磅個金槍魚,證明貨真價實。味道係再熟悉不過既味道,三色就係指唔同部位,推介由深到淺去食,就唔會太膩,雖然未去到入口即溶,但都算得上高質,中點係性價比高。之後雞肉串燒盛合,同埋和牛壽喜燒,都陸續上枱,雞肉盛合有雞肉棒、雞皮、雞軟骨等,肉質比想像中嫩滑,唔錯。和牛壽喜燒就更加唔洗講,和牛都係熟悉既味道,如果份量可以再多啲就更完美了。 continue reading

銅鑼灣邊寧頓街新開張日式居酒屋地舖,餐廳環境燈光調暗,一入內氣氛熱鬧🍻,坐在吧枱位,面對着開放式廚房,望見店員忙碌預備菜式,與朋友邊喝酒邊談天🍶,適合週末夜晚鬆一鬆👄餐牌選擇多,有刺身壽司🍣、燒A4霜降和牛🥩、串燒燒物🍢、天婦羅🍤等,還有多款特色飲品!點了期間限定✨「藍旗金倉魚扒三色刺身🐟」,吞拿魚扒原塊販賣,每塊約240g ($1.5/g),店員在客人面前磅重後⚖️,交由師傅切割🔪,一塊吞拿魚扒可試勻大拖羅、中拖羅、赤身三個部份,刺身十分新鮮,魚油旺盛,厚切拖羅粒粒都充滿油脂,甘香的吞拿魚味道在口腔內迴盪好一會兒才散去👄,美味沒法擋😌💖魚肉吃完後,魚皮交予店員炸成脆片,炸魚皮脆脆的像帶點韌度的薯片,是我第一次吃,味道挺特別的😊除了厚切吞拿魚扒外,餐廳還有各式燒物、串燒等供選擇,「蟹味噌甲羅燒🦀」蟹膏蟹肉用原隻蟹殼上,附上紫菜白飯包着吃味道匹配美味,這個超抵食!「日本產霜降A4和牛扒🐃」有西冷、肉眼、牛柳三個部位選擇,燒和牛扒充滿油脂,牛扒燒得Juicy,配有海鹽、Wasabi和蒜片🧄3樣配料以減輕油膩,也能增加口感😋無論刺身/燒物質素也不錯,「牡丹蝦刺身」也夠新鮮!見師傅在廚房裏密密手不停製作串燒🍢,「串燒牛舌」惹味🔥,但唯獨是「雞肉串燒盛合🐓」欠缺溫度,雞肉變得鞋口也不夠嫩滑😩最後飲品是值得推薦的,冰果茶🍹放入各式水果,消濟解膩,適合配燒物一起吃👍🏻這一餐二人密密食,真的吃得超飽又滿足💖 continue reading

好久沒到外進餐,今天相約朋友取東西後,還是找間食肆聚下才回家。我們行經見這間有酒飮有燒物和刺生的日式食市,就決定今晚在此處醫肚。走進店內,店員第ㄧ時間跟我們量度體温和提供消毒液給我們擦手,可見措施做足。入坐後還用屏風阻隔枱與枱,令到食客更放心。睇過餐牌,朋友和我都決定要點刺生和ㄧ些燒物來陪酒飲。此店選採克羅地亞養殖場的本金槍魚,安全美味,營養豐富,所以我們點了ㄧ客,侍應在我們面前將魚過磅(233g),之後交給廚師將刺生都分別切成三部份,讓你可ㄧ次過品嚐到魚身各部份的不同口感。赤身口感扎實,中拖羅油脂比較剛好甘香可口,大拖羅雪花般的油脂食下去入口即溶。大大枝燒得好香,頂部還塗上明太子醬,食下去鬆軟的免治雞肉還帶有明太子的咸香,口感和味覺都配合適宜。外皮香脆,雞肉多汁。有兩隻勁大隻的海蝦,蝦肉爽口兼啖啖肉,蝦頭還有蝦膏十分甘香。另外各種的蔬菜都炸得很鬆脆香口,真的不錯。和牛肉眼十分肥美,口感嫩滑,油香豐富,配上碟旁的蒜片和海鹽ㄧ起食,真係正!這款啤酒麥味重又易入口, 配埋以上美食,飲多兩杯都不過。 continue reading

之前在Sogo訂啲新喼終於返貨,先吃個晚飯再提貨回家吧!在利園附近記得有間食日本和牛的餐廳,一於跟老公去吃個燒肉回味一下先。現在大部分餐廳進入前都先要量體溫,之後再用精精搓手液清潔雙手先可以入內。見到店家現在有吞拿魚刺身promo $1.5/g , 而家有3個部位提供,都不錯喎,可惜我今晚只為日本和牛而來,一定要大吃一番,滿足一下肚子。Mix Fruit Tea 水果茶茶底香濃,整杯裝著滿滿新鮮水果,果香味香甜清新。日本霜降A4宮崎和牛肉眼扒$230-100g , 本身想order 150g 但原來肉眼,牛柳這兩款是預先已經切好100g 一塊,不同西冷原舊和牛返貨,可以order 自己想要的重量,師傅即叫即切,再在客人面前上磅。和牛燒到剛剛好,上枱香味撲鼻,加少少岩鹽、wasabi 已經好好味,和牛肉嫩多汁,入口即溶,而且肉味香濃。重量級火焰原隻雞腿雞腿用鐵板盛著,店員之後再倒入白酒點火,雞腿外皮燒到金黃香脆,加上辣椒調配的醃料,令雞肉多了一份辛辣味,而且還可以用椰菜包住雞肉一起吃,味道立即清新不少。明太子芝士椰菜燒餅明太子醬粉紅色好特別喔,入口咸香味濃,少少辣辣地,燒餅軟綿濕潤,只是椰菜分量不是太多、另一邊日式口味,味道酸酸甜甜,加少少柴菜碎,沙律醬已經十分惹味。日本產霜降A4和牛壽喜燒A4和牛油脂分布均勻,鍋內已經放了大量蔬菜,豆腐,最特別竟然有牛舌煮,牛舌軟嫩入味,牛味香濃,A4和牛放上鍋面輕輕淖熟,口感細滑軟淋,和牛入口即溶,壽喜燒湯底濃淡度適中,蔬菜吸收了湯汁,味道鮮甜美味,非常有驚喜! continue reading
