To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

完九龍城食、買、第二站來到九龍城區內數一數二的泰國菜館黃珍珍泰國菜館,尤記得從前住黃大仙時常來捧場。太耐沒來幫襯已經忘記原來有下層用餐區,我覺得這兒的環境比樓上坐得更加舒適。甫坐下率先品嚐泰式燒豬頸肉$118,燒至焦香的豬頸肉沾上搭配的醬汁仍是那份美味的感覺,伴碟的蝦片也非省油燈香脆可口不容錯過啊。緊接著的是咖哩炒大頭蝦$258,超巨的大頭蝦口感鮮爽加上香濃的咖喱汁非常惹味,剩下的咖喱汁用熱烘烘的麵包配吃真的可以停不了口喔。最後餐廳特別為冬天推出了暖在心頭的冬陰魚$268,將泰國紅寶石魚炸至金黃香脆然後加入秘製的冬陰湯配合明爐上檯,在冷冷的冬季跟摯愛親朋一起分享真的暖在心頭。
