一到櫻花季就特別想去韓國睇櫻花,今年冇得去睇唯有韓國美食安慰下自己。韓國菜當然唔可以少左炸雞,今次特登黎尖沙咀The Hart食係韓國有過千間分店嘅「Goobne Chicken」。Goobne主打非油炸烤雞,雞肉經特別香料醃製後再烤,雞肉嫩滑且無油膩感。真係食得出冇出面啲雞咁油膩,所以齋食炸雞都唔會覺得好單調。呢度同韓國一樣,有超多口味可以揀,仲可以揀骨雞跟無骨雞。我地想試多啲口味就揀左左「半半」有骨雞,一半「蜜糖蒜香烤雞」,一半「甜辣烤雞」。蜜糖蒜香超惹味,出面烤到好脆,入面又好滑。甜辣味冇韓國果嘅咁辣,反而偏甜味,唔食得辣嘅朋友都完全食到,好推介呢個半半組合。除左雞之外仲叫左個泡菜煎餅,大大一碟,味道好正宗,好鐘意!
