今晚食左這家”正潮樓", 一睇名字就知主打潮州菜. 係灣仔呢個食肆林立的江湖立足, 當然有兩道板斧.主廚出自名廚世家. 爺孫三代都係大廚. 難怪有大食家蔡瀾亦為菜館提字. 菜館美食款式多, 但我們只有兩人, 實在選擇困難. 好彩佢地有套餐.  呢個套餐無名稱, 但D食物都係金黃色, 我私人命名佢為”黃金套餐”。先來個潮州冷盤— 魚露浸花甲. 花甲好大隻. 吾係一般花甲王,真情係花甲王上王,肉爽汁多。經魚露提味,鮮甜醒胃。再來個金瓜五谷羹,有松子,玉米等堅果,爽口又健康。同蔡瀾墨寶"不怕膽固醇 "相映成對.第三樣係蝦棗拼蟹棗,上菜時呢兩兄弟一 圓一方, 一金一黃. 兩個都混有馬蹄. 蝦棗膠質重, 屬彈爽, 蟹棗則脆口D.最後, 糖醋煎伊麵,  睇落普普通通, 食落就知真功夫. 外脆內軟.本身香口香口, 加糖同醋後又多左層次. 份量十足, 食吾曬.
