平日經過太子道西見到一間特別有格調的中餐廳,原來是潮州菜老字號飯店陳儀興的分店,門外看到掛著的滷水鵝十分吸引,而餐牌內也有多款潮州傳統手工菜。店內樓底非常高,裝潢古典味重,牆上掛滿字畫,就連餐具也美,原來店有兩層。我們點了魚露浸花甲、鵝三寶、二十年老菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯、香煎韭菜棵及老藥桔。冷盤魚露浸花甲非常開胃,咸度剛剛好,花甲鮮甜美味。鵝三寶有鵝肉、鵝腸及鵝肝,一上台已聞到陣陣鹵水香味,鵝腸爽脆,鵝肉細軟,鵝肝入口即溶甘香,正宗潮汕風味。香煎韭菜粿一客三件,綠色的皮,內裡滿是韭菜及香濃肉汁,十分美味。二十年醃製菜脯燉鮮豬肚湯香甜清新,豬肚新鮮美味。我們點了一熱一凍老藥桔,有咸桔及陳皮味,飲完非常舒服。
