位於銅鑼灣的鍋処雪舟,是一間主打日式鍋物的高級餐廳。是日相約親友來吃團年飯,一齊ShabuShabu,一齊暢所欲言。餐廳裝修高雅,為廚師發辦設有吧台,讓客人可以看到廚師造壽司,為鍋物設長台和廂房,方便服務員幫忙弄火鍋,是享受體驗哦。雪舟鍋晩膳$820/位一整份雪舟鍋晩膳,份量超足,前菜,刺身,沙律,壽喜燒,日本產黑毛和牛,烏冬,嘢菜,甜品,全部包涵在內,非常滿足。前菜是關冬煮,每份都燉煮至軟腍,一囗即化,包括: 湯汁滿滿烏魚片和獅子狗,微鹹的香腸和脆爽的芋絲。賣相可顴的刺身,包括: 帆立貝,鰤魚,深海池魚,拖羅。每件刺身都是厚片厚切,粉白肥嫩的帆立貝,爽彈的鰤魚,爽囗的深海池魚,超油潤的拖羅,勻新鮮鮮美。服務員先用牛脂當作牛油燒鍋,期後放入洋蔥炒香,然後就是我最期待的食材登場啦。主角的日本產黑毛和牛,雪花脂肪滿佈的和牛,賣相份外吸引,真想馬上吃一片呀。放入熱辣辣的鍋中煎熟,和牛邊煎邊吸滿香甜濃郁的壽喜燒汁,香氣四溢,令我囗水流阿流。和牛燒好後,沾上蛋液,整個入囗,軟腍甘香,肥美幼嫩,加上甜甜的壽喜燒醬,真是慾擺不能阿。最後就是加入鰹魚湯汁,造成火鍋湯底,然後把蔬菜和烏冬煮熟,烏冬被壽喜
