呢日亞女放假,亞仔又考完DSE約咗同學出去慶祝,亞女話最近疫情受控一於兩母女出去行街食晏撐枱腳餐廳做足防疫措施,門口有職員為客人探熱及設有酒精搓手液,令食客放心用餐餐廳地方寬敞,環境舒適典雅,設有巨型吧枱,可以邊食邊欣賞師傅的手藝叫咗兩份午市定食,包括有小鉢、沙律、味噌湯、甜品、咖啡或茶,相當豐富沙律菜新鮮爽脆而且冰涼透心,配搭柚子醬醋,酸爽開胃小鉢是味付螺肉,爽滑味美迷你黑毛和牛壽喜燒定食壽喜燒原煲上,材料可真多,重點是面層的黑毛和牛,上枱時仍然色澤粉嫩密如雪花的油花分佈,肉質細膩柔軟,入口甘香融化食時再沾上生雞蛋汁,入口更嫩滑銀雪西京燒定食西京燒原來屬於漬物的一種,甜味和鹹味相對濃重,所以要配白飯中和,這樣才能嘗到魚本身的鮮味銀雪魚油脂豐腴,肉質軟嫩,入口即溶甜品焦糖布丁,布丁口感滑溜帶淡淡焦糖甜味,味道香甜而不膩咖啡或茶點了凍柚子蜜,疫情底下喝返杯含豐富維生素C的柚子蜜增強抵抗力都是不錯的選擇 continue reading

期望黎呢度食正宗有人serve嘅壽喜燒,點知在疫情下Menu黎左個大變身。。。依家已變為一間普通日式餐廳嘅 Menu,真係大失所望。。。食物質素尚算ok,但性價比就真係好低。價格上依然係高級餐廳價錢,但食物就只係普通日式餐廳嘅質素。。。壽司拼盤$490 - 真係一般壽司店質素。一品料理嘅壽喜燒 $688 (2人前) - A4和牛質素一錯,但2人前只俾左牛肉4片,真係大失所望。。。串燒牛舌$68 - 咸到一個點。。。串燒免治雞肉捧$48 - 相當不錯。值得一讚係環境舒適,俾左一間獨立房間享用晚餐。總結: 明白疫情下餐廳經營非常困難,所以將貨就價嘅情況十分普遍。而呢度就好似價錢無變,但食物質素大為降低。咁樣真係大大鼓勵市民留家抗疫自己煮飯。。。可能係餐廳老板用心良苦。 continue reading

用咗e字頭嘅app,有半價優惠,要坐吧台。服務冇問題,侍應會幫手收空碟同加茶,但食物真係非常普通,簡單講:- 串燒: 唔夠熱,調味普通,口感唔值原價,尤其雞心雞腎都好鞋好乾,完全唔juicy; 但持平地講免治雞肉棒係好食嘅,可以一試- A4和牛壽喜燒(二人前): 出到來變咗shabushabu,佢的確係用壽喜燒汁,但就係一路滾住個唔係壽喜燒嘅中高身鍋...有4片和牛,牛味好淡,口感亦相當普通。原價$699來講,令人好失望,不過即使半價我地都覺得唔抵...唯一好食嘅係豆腐同加咗$50嘅烏冬...雖然係用半價優惠,但完全食唔到廚師/餐廳嘅温度同心機,作為高級餐廳都令人幾失望。Btw, 我自己臨離開餐廳前開始肚痛,而女朋友都喺番緊屋企途中feel到肚痛2個人埋單折實total都要~$700幾,折咗都覺得唔值,唔知點解咁多人都讚好食... continue reading
