約一星期前 (1月尾2日頭)訂了此餐廳,2月7日收到餐廳服務員打電話來,說服務有變,2月19日的 reservation要改地方,我們雖不太滿意餐廳要改地點的說詞,反正顧客感覺是餐廳隨便編織理由吧!之後要我們接受另一間最低消費$4000的房間!好吧,因為慶祝某人生日,我們食客也答應了。但-------這餐廳萬分離譜與超級過分!!!見客人應承竟之後竟然又再改口喎!又莫名其妙地說要我們再換房,而且此次房間最低消費是$8000 !!! 因為近期武漢肺炎事件,依家好多餐廳嘅員工都戴上口罩,大家都食得安心知道呢度好出名食壽喜燒,啱晒而家天氣咁凍食我叫咗一個九州黑毛和牛壽喜燒,好期待可以見到和牛嘅脂肪分配好平均首先有侍應專人幫我地開爐,好貼心,服務好好和牛沾滿壽喜燒既甜汁,同埋佢本身有好軟身嘅肉質,真係入口即溶呀!可惜我哋每人只有三塊,遲啲得閒一定會再返嚟食朋友叫咗角切魚生丼套餐吞拿魚腩蓉加埋飯真係好好味。飯入面仲有紫菜碎添!甜品仲有焦糖燉蛋,整體上兩個套餐都好高質,和牛真係冇得彈

好耐冇嚟過,今次第一次坐入房食。要除鞋,好似去咗日本咁呀!前菜有茶碗蒸及沙律,啲蛋蒸得非常滑溜,沙律啲蔬菜都好新鮮昆布清湯鍋 安格斯肉眼 150g ($308)諗唔到150g嘅肉都幾多吓喎!昆布味道香濃,旁邊嘅蔬菜拼盤有菇、蘿蔔、豆腐、黃芽蔔及粉絲。牛肉肥瘦適中,食落唔會太肥膩,牛肉味好濃郁。粉絲口感彈牙,如果再多啲就好嘞,好味到唔夠食!仲有蘿蔔蓉及葱粒,但其實唔加呢啲配料及醬汁,就咁食都已經好OK!最後仲有牛奶布甸,好milky又滑。加杯凍檸茶,正!

午餐吃日式鍋物是一個比較小的選項,第一通常午膳時間也比較趕急,第二午膳吃鍋物好像負擔比較重一點,太飽了。今日就點了鍋膳,選了大蔥醬油風味鍋,肉就點了A4-九洲黑毛和牛。先來的是沙律,清新可口。茶碗蒸的蛋而香濃,冬菇味濃。小鉢應是簡單前菜,但這個真是值得讚,用了鮑魚,爽而且彈牙。這個鍋物果然沒有選錯,葱味濃郁。菜是春菊,味道特別,還有金菇及冬菇,加上豆腐,這裡給我們的是葛粉煮熟後索汁軟滑。重點是和牛,經醬油鍋輕輕煮一煮,牛味香而肉嫩滑,還要是油脂在口内四散。最後還來一個烏冬,使人很滿足。甜品是時令生果,還有即磨咖啡。這個午膳真是人非常愉快。味道: 值得一試環境: 舒適衛生: 乾淨整潔服務: 殷勤抵食: 價值之選

上次食過鐵板燒,已約定老公食呢間。呢排為追工作進度,忙了一星期,終於到周末,又是時候食餐好獎勵自己。環境很闊落,寧靜,店員服務周到。午餐很抵食,可叫套餐或散叫。我們選了散叫,一個刺身一個鍋。茶碗蒸的蛋很滑。小鉢是鮑魚片,爽口帶酒香。沙律菜很新鮮。用餐以外,我留意到每道菜式都配上精美的碟。特選刺身御膳七款盛有北寄貝、帶子、金目鯛、油甘魚、吞拿魚、鱲魚、左口魚和三文魚。其中我印象較深是三文魚腩肥美,油甘魚油分充足,帶子鮮甜,金目鯛略略炙燒過,甘香可口,北寄貝很爽口。大蔥醬油風味鍋將時令野菜如皇帝菜、金菇、冬菇、娃娃菜一起煮,蔬菜的水分流出與湯一起食很清甜。A4九州黑毛和牛油花分佈均勻,肉質超嫩滑,即使我涮得太久依然有肉汁,口感又不會韌。稻庭烏冬吸收湯汁的精華,質感彈牙。最後還吃了精美果盤和喝柚子蜜,十分滿足。

星期六,十三度,在街上陣陣寒風撲面而來。這天氣就正好吃個熱辣辣的日式鐵板燒。約了朋友中午來到這間位於銅鑼灣Cubus的鍋処雪舟。我們分別叫了兩款set lunch,商務套餐和雪舟套餐。分別是一款有鮑魚,而另一款有蝦和帶子。頭盤先來了番薯茸沙律,番薯味濃郁。接着看到師傅在鐵板上放了幾碗茶碗蒸,然後在碗旁加入冰塊。原來冰塊的作用是將其變成蒸氣,用來蒸蛋。熱辣辣的茶碗蒸放在面前,已覺顏色很漂亮。材料除了雞蛋,還有紅蘿蔔絲,日本菇,麵豉醬。吃一啖,口感非常細滑。下一道菜主角出場了,南非產鮑魚非常新鮮。師傅加入牛油煎的時候,香氣四溢。鮑魚體積頗大,但肉質一點也不靱。令一款主菜,蝦和帶子亦相當出色。除了新鮮,還是新鮮。蝦肉結實彈牙,帶子鮮甜,配上檸檬汁和特製醬汁更是惹味。接着就到肉類出場。先來一客日本產地雞,再來一客美國西冷牛肉薄燒。雞肉配上蒜汁,可口非常,一點也不覺得膩。牛肉薄燒五成熟,恰到好處,配上蔥花和醬汁,忍不住吃了一件又一件。然後再來炒野菜和炒飯。值得一提的是炒飯,開始時見師傅將白飯壓扁推開,加入芝麻和鹹菜,覺得有趣但有點奇怪。原來師傅是要製作飯焦薄脆!炒飯上加上飯焦薄脆作裝飾,令一碗看
