平時諗起要去食潮州打冷,通常都會諗起去西環食,因為西環係潮州人嘅集中地。所以一諗就諗起喺嗰度食,今日經開北角,估唔到嗰到有一間食正宗潮州菜餐館,而且餐廳入邊嘅廚師都係潮州人,所以呢煮啲菜食應該會幾正宗下呢!睇到都想試下!一去到見到有好多菜式都會有張相貼係牆到,嗰度淨係睇都有2.30款菜式.入邊起碼有一半以上,我都係好想試下,唔知要幾耐時間先至可以使得晒呢。。揀咗好耐終於揀到今日想食乜,今日就試吓廚師推介的菜式,先來一個--鮮蝦水瓜烙,水瓜烙我諗唔係咁多人聽過,大部份人淨係會知道蠔烙。水瓜烙其實製法同蠔烙差唔多,都係要用蛋同埋番薯粉溝埋再去炸。呢個水瓜烙緊正,用料一流,材料十分之豐富!有水瓜有炸好左嘅花生,菜脯,仲有虎蝦!係呀!你冇聽錯呀!係虎蝦,因為師傅話用虎蝦食落嚟先至會爽口,普通嘅蝦係做唔到呢種質感,另外花生同菜脯,咬落去口感更好,又香,又爽脆!整個效果都非常之好!川椒雞--聽佢個名初頭會以為係好辣,但係叫咗之後原來係唔辣嘅,佢有一種四川麻椒嘅香味,另外加埋師傅嘅秘製醬汁炒埋d雞,雞又切到細細舊,好入味,好正,唔中意食辣嘅人,又想試下麻香味,必定要試。沙嗲肉片炒河--唔講唔知道大家

沙嗲肉片炒河--唔講唔知道大家知唔知道,沙爹醬係潮州嘅一種好出名嘅醬料。潮州整呢種醬係特別地出色,有好多人去到潮州嘅時候都會特登買返嚟。所以嚟到潮州嘅餐館食沙嗲醬係至醒嘅選擇!

呢個沙嗲嘅味道好濃,味道有小小甜,而且食落有花生粒,真材實料。炒河粉係用咗細條嘅河粉來炒,比起粗條更入味。炒完後上面再淋上沙爹汁,有少少似濕炒牛河咁樣,水準超夠火喉,正!

再嚟一個白果綠豆爽糖水,講真完全未試過呢個款式,綠豆沙就食得多啦,原來呢個綠豆爽食落去嘅感覺有少少似冰糖燉綠豆蓉,再加埋白果,食落去好滋潤,又唔會太甜。

忽然發現今日勁好彩,好彩在我發現左原來北角都有潮州嘢食,而且甘有水準。我下次來一定要試下佢其他嘅嘢食,例如我好鍾意食嘅反沙芋,蠔仔粥,滷水鵝,生醃螄蚶,真係諗起都流口水!點解我個胃唔可大d丫,哈哈!
