To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

意式先茄牛肉雜菜濃湯個湯好好飲，有牛味同各種蔬菜嘅清甜，又唔會話太over，啱啱好飲完好開胃👍🏻。佢嘅擺盤都好精緻，廚師好用心咁喺碟邊用食材畫上一幅畫，打完卡影完相可以將嗰啲食材放到湯入面，味道更加Fresh😁。。香橙鴨胸沙律香橙清甜得來，沙律菜亦都好新鮮，再加上肥美嘅鴨胸，整體食落好有層次感🙈。。香煎鯛魚柳·古斯古斯魚皮煎得好香脆，而魚肉亦都嫩滑☺️。另外好特別嘅係餐廳選用古斯米🤩，古斯米係源自西非柏柏爾民族既一種傳統糧食，佢可以代替米之餘，仲非常之健康😝。。溫泉蛋明太子海膽長通粉未食就已經聞到好濃郁嘅香味🤤，食落口更加不得了，明太子x海膽簡直係經典配搭，再加上溫泉蛋撈埋一齊，味道同層次再提升一級😙。而且雖然都係一啲比較重味嘅食材，但係又唔會膩，反而食到停唔到口，極度推薦😍。。雜莓意大利奶凍酸酸地嘅雜莓，配上甜甜的奶凍，甜而不膩，好食❤️
